Let's talk about how these location never has any workers. If you wanna eat here expect a 30+ min long wait. The stalls are never open. The dining room inside this Sonic is a complete mess. The two times I've eaten inside the trashcans have been overflowing,, the tables weren't wiped down and the floor was covered in crumbs and obviously hadn't been swept in a while . If the dining room was a mess just imagine what the kitchen looks like behind closed doors. This is one of the worst Sonic's or drive ins anywhere. When it first opened (during the oil boom) it was awesome for several years. Then when the boom died down something happened, and they became a terrible place to go. The shake mix isn't smooth and creamy anymore, it's grainy. They are always short handed also. Tonight we decided to give them another chance. They brought me a drippy, messy sundae with bitter chocolate sauce on it. It dripped all over my truck, so I had the car hop throw it out. We ordered an unsweetened tea and got a sweet one. We ordered a cherry shake and got a vanilla one. We tried to tell the carhop the sundae was gonna mess up our vehicle but she would not listen. Tried to use the app tonight as I was staying next door a hotel and did not see the point in driving. The sign says to use the app to order and that drinks are always half off. Horrible! Out of 5 orders three were wrong, despite being written on the receipt. When my family asked a staff member about any errors they had made with our food they simply shrugged it off. Also, my nephew got sick in this sonic and I asked five times for someone to bring a mop (knowing it wasn't sanitary for someone else without being cleaned up) FIVE times... Just stopped in for some ice cream waited in drive thru for a bit was not moving. Then went inside the young kid behind the counter looked lost and confused. The worker took the card behind the other door then forgot the receipt three separate times then when we asked for the receipt she then had to redo and swipe the card a few more times. So after almost 25 minutes of waiting asked for a refund for two ice creams, the manager Shane came out and gave an excuse of only three workers there. When he brought the refund receipt he seemed irritated because he had to do it. The girl behind the counter was very apologetic, which was not her fault she had a lobby of customers, the so called manager did not only gave an excuse. This is a great fast food restaurant. For those who don't understand the hype, I grew up down South with a Sonic on practically every corner. Cherry limeades were a staple. We celebrated high school football victories with milkshakes. It's not a road trip until you've eaten at a Sonic. I frequent Sonic, because it reminds me of home. I have given this sonic multiple tries and have ordered multiple items. If you get ice cream with candy in it, DO NOT expect it to be mixed in. It will be just a couple peices on top and the rest will be plain vanilla ice cream. They give us the wrong thing every time and the quality is terrible. Literally the worst service.....ever. I paid the price of the jumbo sized popcorn chicken but received the mini size (only 3 little popcorn chicken in a tiny box) of popcorn chicken and was told by an employee that I received the right size until I asked to see the manager and then the employee changed his story and gave me the small size (one extra popcorn chicken in a small box) of popcorn chicken and then I was told that was the REAL jumbo sized box which I refused to believe so I demanded to see the manager again and the manager told me they "ran out of jumbo sized popcorn chicken boxes" so instead of giving me a refund I was told I could only have a coupon smh, terrible service I would not recommend anyone go to this sonic unless you want to be lied to and cheated out of your money. read more

This spot was very charming with a mobile area with glass; however, I found the waitress too staged and want of a tip; as I looked behind me while eating my meal there was another (hag) waitress viewing me below the waist and scrubbing a small drip on the table with an itty bitty cloth. Four other people 'dribbled' in and my SPRITE! was filled with something other than SPRITE!; OOOh, I had to ask for H2O.?
