I would not recommend this location due to the unprofessional and inappropriate behavior of its employees. I am a teacher on an educational trip with students. One of my students ate lunch at this Jimmy John's with one of my colleagues. A few hours later, they realized that they did not have their wallet. After completing our prepaid tours, they checked their room around 6:30pm and could not find it. I called Jimmy John's but did not get an answer, so we walked to the location. The store appeared closed (even though it was before 7pm), but we could see a man behind the counter. I knocked and waved. He ignored. I knocked again and he walked to the back. I called the store and got no answer. He came back out, and I waved. I knocked on the door, and he looked at me, shook his head, put his AirPods in and returned to cleaning. I called the store again. We remained standing outside. We knocked again. Finally, after waiting outside for about 10 min, the worker came to the door. Through the glass, he showed us on his cell phone that he had called 911. My student and I stepped back from the door but remained in front of the restaurant. A SWAT officer happened to walk up. He was not responding to the situation but was willing to help. He knocked on the door, and the worker did not answer. When he shined his flashlight in the door window, the worker came to the door. The worker was clearly angry. He lied and said that he told me that there was no wallet found in the store and we could not come in but I refused to leave. (This showed me that he could hear my student and I talking and chose not to help us.) The officer kindly asked if we could come in to look for the wallet. The worker refused, saying that the owner wasn't there. The officer made it clear that he would accompany myself and my 15-year-old student (both of us being female around 5'0") into the restaurant. The worker refused and walked back to the store. The officer followed him and talked to him. We could not hear what the officer was saying but we could hear the worker's tone and see his face. It was honestly scary. I am grateful to the SWAT officer for attempting to help us. If he had not been there, then I would have been concerned for mine and my student's safety. read more

Closed! I've been staying at the hotel across the street for over 30 days and saw Jimmy John's open once from 1100-1300. Google states hours are daily 1100-2100. Really? Closed? This downtown area always has something going on: concerts, baseball games, it's like the owner doesn't care. read more

Food is fine. Customer service is fine. The crazy thing here is the price. I'm from Cincinnati and it's almost double the cost here than back home. It's about 30-40% more in comparison to local Jimmy John's. Either the rent is crazy expensive or the owner is price gauging. Insane. Do not go here. read more

More than once I have ordered delivery from this location to be called 20-30 minutes later to tell me they aren't delivering. They said they have one driver and they only work one day a week. Yet they accept orders for delivery. It was bad enough to pay $28 for a sandwich chips and a pickle. This will be the last time I ever deal with Jimmy John's freaky slow disappointment. Not to mention there wasn't a manager on duty to talk to and the guy had an attitude when he called. This was the last straw for jimmy johns. Stay away don't waste your time coming here. read more

Horrible customer service. Came after a long day and my daughter needed to us the restroom. The young man at the register rudely informed me he could not access the code unless we purchased something. My daughter is dancing to keep from peeing on herself. He moves slowly as I order something fast so that I could take her to the restroom. His attitude turned us off so much, we decided to go elsewhere. Treat people with courtesy and respect, that's not too much to ask especially when it involves children. read more

This location does a great job! Sandwiches are fast and accurate, even with a 40+ person order. Multiple times the staff on site have saved a working lunch event. Plan ahead and order early - when the bread runs out, so do the sandwiches. read more

I like this location. It's small, but the staff was very quick to get the customers orders taken and completed. The weather was nice, so I sat outside today and people watched. The sandwiches are pretty standard with other Jimmy Johns locations, so if you've been to one you are already familiar. My wife and I were traveling down to Florida for our honeymoon when we decided to stop by this Jimmy John's. We had never been to this particular one before, but JJ's is always our first choice when we travel. But when we arrived there was a sign on the door that said, "out for delivery, be back." So we waited for about 5 minutes, and then the worker came back and made sure we weren't waiting long. He made our sandwiches and didn't even charge us because we had to wait, and congratulated us on our honeymoon. I can't tell you how much I appreciate it, and the sandwich was incredible tasty too! Only to be told my order was voided out because they didn't have a driver. I asked if someone had called me about this. I was told they had called but did not leave a message. Customer service is poor and I will never order from that store again. Now I have to wait 3-5 business days for a refund. Jimmy John's is a good, reliable sub shop. Much better than Subway IMO. if you are traveling with a dog, this location is ideal. There is grass right in front of the building and they have outdoor seating. It was a pleasant location to enjoy lunch with our two Jack Russell terrorists. read more

Had to yell at them to ask if they were open, then they both came to the front of the store.
