I recommend this restaurant. I visited this restaurant on a weekend and it was a bit crowded, but we only waited 5 - 10 minutes. Server was really kind and friendly and customers were also nice. Pizza tasted very nice. The price was very reasonable. We had 14 inch pizza for two people and it was enough. It only costed us 45 bucks including taxes and tips. Potato wedges were also good, but the serving size was a bit small. I would visit this place again when I crave pizza. read more

I can't do this spot while I was in town to visit my family. Our server was the only one here but you woudont have known. She did a great job and made sure we were taken care of. The food was really good we got the loaded cheese sticks with bacon and Jalapeño and garlic knots to start. These were some great appetizers. Pizzas we got were pepperoni / sausage and the sweet chili chicken. The sweet chili chicken really took me by surprise the blend of the sauce with the peppers, chicken, and pineapple was on point! If you're not a local (like me) and you're in Prattville with no clue what to eat, EAT HERE!! It's got the charm of a local spot with great service and food to match. Service was great. Staff were super personable and friendly. Lowkey just felt like I was chatting it up with a friend or something. I had a personal size "Deluxe Plus" pizza and I gotta say the food really stood out for one big reason: the toppings were CRISPY!!! It was so good and new and refreshing. Everything was fresh, too. They also have coffee!! I was able to get a large iced latte with flavoring for just about 5 bucks. That's cheaper than Starbucks, which is a nice surprise considering most small places up-charge crazy for coffee. Ambiance is alright. They have some slanted booth backs (which are another thing I've never seen before coming here) which was cool. This place was great! Totally go here if you're in town. Also, they CHARGE FOR WATER in a town in which we could go to any of the natural spring pumps and get spring water for free. Do any other restaurants charge for a water bottle in town without the option of tap water? They buy the .25¢ water bottles and charge $1.25. I'm going to repeat what many others have said already: the food is decent (although I have had one less than stellar experience with that), but the hostess staff seems to be winging it. On my most recent visit, i approached the hostess stand and told them I needed a table for two. The girl said ok, and made a note of something but didn't ask me any more questions. I asked if she needed a name, and she looked surprised but wrote it down. We stood outside for about 15 minutes until someone who was waiting for a to-go order left, and then we sat down in the front. About ten minutes later they called someone's name. That couple started to stand but pointed out that another couple had been waiting longer. That prompted another one of the three people ostensibly working the front to get engaged. she walked over, looked at the list and fussed at the others for not keeping up. Within five minutes all three couples had been seated and everything else was good. Incidentally, while we were waiting it appeared that a couple of groups had been paged to come in and be seated, but my number was not written down so I'm not sure what was going on there. read more

Called around 2pm Saturday 2/14 to see if you were very busy and if there was a wait so we wouldn't drive 30 minutes only to find there is a long wait. Person answering only said "we don't give out wait times over the phone". I let her know I wasn't asking what the wait time is, but if there was a wait at all. Same exact answer in a snarky tone. I politely let her know that since she can't answer a simple question, we'll take our business elsewhere. There was no need to be a smart mouth to her customers and I was very polite. We have eaten there many times and we have friends that have been wanting is to go back there with them, but we let them know we won't be going back there again. Keep smart mouthing your customers and you could lose them all. We have choices. Your food is okay, but there are other choices in Prattville and the surrounding area and we don't need to drive from Wetumpka to Prattville for just pizza and subs. read more

Three strikes, and we're never going back. First experience a couple of years ago was mediocre. Food ok, but service pretty bad. Waited a year before venturing back for lunch. We literally stood alone in the reception area for 10 minutes and no hostess appeared. Walked out. Last night at 7:00 we went back. Hostess actually scowled at us, and asked how she could help us. No smile, just a mean, sullen stare. I said, "We'd like to be seated." As near as we could tell, there was only one other occupied booth. She then led us through a dirty restaurant past five or six empty booths to a tiny, rickety table at the very rear and left us without a word. We walked out, and will never go back. Fox's Pizza Den in downtown Prattville is... okay. The pizza is actually pretty decent, but the service has been lackluster for most of our visits. They have not been rude, just not very welcoming behind the counter and we frequently have had to get our own silverware from the bins, drink refills, etc. Just not very attentive in general. To be fair, it has not been that way every time, just the majority of our visits. The decor/vibe is kinda cool, though. And like I previously mentioned, the pizza has been "pretty decent" to "good" most of the time. We'll still go there when the mood hits, but it's not a Go-To place for us right now. Open sign was lit up !!! We walked in to sit at the bar but they said the Bartender hadn't arrived yet. We said no problem, we will go walk around town a bit, then come back. YUMMY!! This place is a great find! From the Bourbon room, the walk in humidor, to the outdoor seating, the large party room and finally the INCREDIABLE PIZZA!! When you walk in, you are graded with the perfect ambience. The decor is tastefully done in an old Brickstone building with beautiful accents of red and blue on the angle. Pictures of days gone by or post it along the brick stone wall. One side is family, friendly pizza place and the other side is an incredible bar area that features the best bourbon. if you're kind of guy or girl who likes a good cigar, then make sure to ask for a tour of the walk-in humidor. They have the biggest selection of cigars I've ever seen. Make a night of it and go out back on their balcony area and smoke that cigar and have the best piece of your life. Coda was our waitress today and her hospitality was beyond the normal 20% tip. This place is tucked in Prattville downtown and we almost missed it. We ordered a 9 inch deluxe plus and was so amazed at the wonderful proportional pizza. It starts with a delicious crust topped with fresh toppings, and wonderful sauce and covered in cheese , I'm usually uses a little ranch with pizza, as it was not needed. Was recommended by a friend to give this place a try. Decided to stop by first before going to the rage room right down the street. I'm going to be honest one of the other reviews talks about there being a lot of cops that frequent here and I can see why. There's a big ahh blue lives matter flag hanging right next to the entrance. So, yeah, do with that what you will. I did get some stares when I walked in - but it wasn't from any workers just patrons but whatever. As far as ambiance - they had rock music playing and the interior was kind of like a colonial bar. My friend had already arrived and ordered a drink. The server was extremely friendly and did recommend a few drinks but we were in a hurry so I just ordered a regular whiskey coke or an old fashion and it was really well made. We had a stroller with twin babies, and they gave us a small table where the babies would've had to sit in high chairs unattended on the other side of the table, or stay in the stroller. We came here with my sister and her husband for dinner in a busy night because of the Christmas light display in downtown Prattville. Fortunately, we arrived before 5:00 so our wait was only a few minutes. This place isn't very large but the manage to handle the rush very well. My wife and I each ordered a Steak & Cheese sandwich. It was good but nothing to rave about. It definitely needed a little more steak. My sister's husband knocked out his own pizza which he seemed to enjoy. The lunch special is fair priced, the garlic knots are so good, and the servers are always down to earth and on point. They aren't the type to put on a fake tone in order to be good at their jobs. The highlight of this place is their bourbon and whiskey. It's worth it strictly on the bourbon selection. When you get the menus, and you tell them you want bourbon, you receive the "Bourbon Bible", which is a book about 50 pages long of all the bourbons and whiskeys available in the restaurant/bar. Obviously, there will be some that won't be available for a lot of reasons, but they still have a great selection! And if you like it on the rocks, it comes out with a gorgeous globe ice cube. Due to fact that we had an appointment and wanted to make sure that we had time to eat, my sister said, "we have an appointment to get to, can we just go ahead and order the pizza so we have time to eat?" The hostess says, "no." Thinking the lady had misunderstood, my sister says, "no? I mean, we're not asking to be sat down, we just want to place the order so it won't be too long once we get to the table." The hostess says, "yeah, no, we won't do that because then it'll need to be a to-go order and you can't eat it here." My sister says, "we just want to have time to eat. The rest of the family are right around the corner." Hostess said (in an extremely rude tone), "yeah, well, we can't seat you until all of you are here and you can't order before you sit down." I spoke up and said, "you literally just sat a group of 5 when only 2 of them were here." Hostess says, "yeah, well, the policy applies to parties of 6 or more." This was at 11:00am. Not even busy! We walked out and will never go back. The sad part is, this is a pretty standard review for this place. It's ridiculous that this hw has been the norm for more than 10 years. Service of hostesses. I've never seen more totally clueless people. You have to go through them to be seated on the bar side. Several tables in there open, and we were wanting to see and hear the band. Girl said no need to get on list. They were wiping off our table right now. Time passes, numerous other people are sat in bar area. I check in with her. She rudely said, "I told you it'll be just a second!" More time passes. I ask two or three more times if we need to get our name on the list. No, she says. Someone who seems to be over this operation comes up, starts seating from list. I tell her what's happened. Including that we're trying to sit on bar side. I'm told to follow a girl to a table. It's not on the bar side, but in the back of the other side. I explain to her the mistake. By now, at least 45 minutes have passed. The girl in charge now shows me the waiting list and says that we would have to get behind all others on list (all of whom we were there before), and it'll be an hour wait. We left.
