The fast food industry is hard. The employee pool is bad. Management is tough. It used to be: "Sandwiches so fast, you'll freak!" This location, it is: "Sandwiches so slow, you'll shat." The poor young man at the window can't or won't multi-task. Our sandwich just sat there by the window for 2-3 minutes while he was talking on the headset. I ordered four items, they got two wrong. the drink machine smelled like bleach to the extent that I was unable to drink the water. no wonder there was hardly anyone there. I spoke to the manager who did nothing. another customer said there was so much bleach, at least she knew the drinks were clean. one of the male employees looked like he really needed a bath or shower. it was a very unpleasant experience. read more

I went to Jimmy Johns on Quinn today. I'm not sure what's going on at that store, but it was pure chaos! There was one employee--that seemed like a trainer--who threw meat at another employee, when she made a little mistake. She also dropped the "f-bomb" a number of times (under her breath, but I could definitely hear her) such an unprofessional atmosphere. A great deal of one's experience at a restaurant is related to the professionalism of the employees that work there. A manager definitely needs to keep an eye on this bunch. read more

service is horrible. i was the only customer in the drive thru. received the wrong sandwich. they made me come back only to give me another sandwich made wrong. had to have them make a simple #17 sandwich a third time, they finally mad it correct after looking at how to make it. I have never had this issue at another locatio, this location has always been horrible!!! read more

Reluctantly stopped here for an Unwich after having a disappointing experience last time I ordered one (at a different location). These guys nailed it! We just had the best sandwiches ever! The new East Coast Spicy Italian was amazing! We used to go to an Italian deli in So. CA and this sandwich was every bit as good. The meats are so flavorful that the thin slices are just like what we have missed since having the deli sandwiches in CA. Good Italian delis use good Italian meats and cheeses. Weak at best. The sandwiches we ordered were pathetic. I ordered the Italian. The sandwich had 3 different kinds of meat, totaling 4 slices. I've never been to a deli, Firehouse Subs, Togos etc and had 5 sandwiches made in under 5 minutes! Firehouse is way better. Don't waste your time or money here, you'll regret it. read more

The one on Quinn Is my favorite! Yep I still don't get how to order but they always get it right! They are so patient with me! The 1 on 5th not so much! Ordered a Vito sandwich in the drive thru. Made the mistake of heading back to work across town before opening and checking my sandwich. NO MEAT IN SANDWICH. When I called they said gee sorry about that.....you can come back and we will remake it. Well, My lunch hour was over. Love the sandwiches, but I go inside and I couldn't hear myself think the music, if you can call it that, was so loud, I couldn't hear what the cashier was saying at all. Very disappointed!! Never had a problem with any of the Jimmy Johns Iv'e ordered from. My sister ordered 2 sandwiches for delivery neither of them were right.. Called we were told there were no modifications to the sandwiches.. even though I saw the order. I don't know if something happened between the order and them getting submitted.. it's possible things happen. (understanding at this point) They did remake them and one was correct but one was still wrong.. and was a completely different number of sandwich First time we ordered a number 5 this time he sent out a 6 or 9 not sure which one cant tell what the number it is. My main problem is the manager on duty named Drew was a complete ass!! Called back to let him no that one was still wrong and was told he didn't have to remake them in the first place.. If anyone has ever worked in customer service you know this is not how you talk to customers!!!!! When I told him he still put lettuce, tomato, and onion on it he claimed he was told too.. I was sitting right next to her when she she explained what she was wanting.. and he flat out lied saying she told him she wanted all that on there, If she had wanted it there wouldn't of been a problem with the first one!!!! When I told him she had told him she didn't want that stuff on there and that i was sitting next to her when she said it and that i had heard her he said no she didn't and kept arguing with me.. I know for a 100% she did, I'm really hoping they record their phone calls!! I want the call replayed for good ole Drew!! Not only to see that he flat out lied but that he should not work where customer service is needed!!! Absolutely horrid skills!! I've worked in customer service for 20 years if i ever spoke to a customer the way he did I would be fired on the spot! Contacted corporate and I expect for to be refunded tomorrow since he would't make the sandwich the right way and said he would no longer deliver to her because we called him out on his BS!!!! read more
