Had to stop for gas, and Arctic Circle was across the street. I had not heard of or eaten at one of these restaurants before, so I decided this would be a good place for lunch. Being from the south, it reminds me of a cross between DQ and Culver's. I had a ranch burger with fries and a moose tracks shake. The service was super friendly, and the order was perfect. One of their signature draws is the fry sauce which was a nice compliment to the fries although I preferred ketchup. Good food, friendly staff, great visit for this first timer! Be sure to check online for coupons prior to your visit. (And kudos to the manager this afternoon for handling a tense situation with a customer very professionally to diffuse the situation and support his employee. Job well done!) read more

We came in for lunch today and sat down at the high table and chairs. We almost left before eating the food, because we lost our appetite! All chairs and the table top had old caked on sticky food underneath. We hope the dining room cleanliness is not a reflection of the cleanliness in the kitchen! food was hot and good service slow I was offered a ice cream cone or cookie. which I was already upset from a different fast food chain being slow as well. I explained to the cashier I have over tens years experience in fast food our my drive times never over min 5 min average was 2 or 3 min we pushed orders stressed the factor our customers were there for convenience saving time needing to be in and out also there is no way to pull out the line if needed to leave as far as apologies I don't want them refunds don't want free don't want what I want is to be able to have a drive that is fast. which is not going to happen so if you store actually cares and tries harder I no it is possible I've done it and work with a crew that worked hard and fast and was proud knowing they provide food that fast. this generation I don't see that happening your management starts pushing employees to be faster they will quit on you I did my homework and did some reading on speed of service is not priorty bottom line I'll eat at your location if I no I don't have to sit in drive though I'd go inside but lobbies closed on Sunday seems customers have to accommodate your store if I want food I can't go inside I have to wait a long then be offered a ice screen or anything els they can do. we did it in the past with less tech . It's simple just work fast no stand the window closed telling a story problem to the person working in that back forgetting to cook my order almost ten min later why build a bran new store if slowly but surely you will have no customers do to the fact we have no time read more

Was just craving ice cream. It's mostly a fast food place so not really what I was hoping for. Service was very friendly and good. Ice cream was frozen yogurt in a cup. I got a sundae so they just tossed on fudge and whipped cream on top of the tough chocolate yogurt. They had some unique shake flavors but not much other than that. read more

Just came from Artic Circle in Chubbuck Idaho.....DO NOT BUY THE HALIBUT. It was very small pieces and the fish was rubbery and bland. FED IT TO THE DOG :( THE FOOD WAS TERRIBLE. Not going to lie I came for an ice cream cone. I used to come here a lot for them as a kid, and sadly the standard has gone down. The ice cream was really icy and not smooth and creamy... so sad. Also the curtsey cones that should be a curtsey actually cost money going through the drive through... not sure what that is about. I also had some mini corn dogs that were honestly one hundred percent what you would expect. Nothing that I would be excited to eat, but when you are starving it is food. read more

I ordered a Swiss mushroom melt from this place, and it was confusing. The mushrooms were.... tangy? They didn't taste right, I don't think mushrooms are supposed to have any sort of tang to them unless they're from a jar and in some sort of marinade, which I don't think should go on a Swiss mushroom melt. The meat was unseasoned, there was so sauce of any sort on my bun, and the bun seemed a little soggy and old. If you want a cheap, fast burger, you should probably just go somewhere else. read more

TASHIA TAZIA OR TAZYA... was the employee that took my order and SHE GAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. What's the point of fast food or drive thru service if the employees aren't trained to give the best service possible ? One week prior to my experience today we drove thru the exact same location and spent over $30 we ordered meals and asked to substitute our fries for chez curds they said absolutely & gave great service. Today I was told no. I asked again stating the week prior this option was given to me no hassle, TAZIA argued and told me no it wasn't an option she didn't know what they did it last wk but it's not an option today! Excellent staff and service. Food was as good as I remember 30 years ago! Restaurant and bathrooms were clean as was the dining area.

I don't expect much from Arctic Circle, but I at least expect some evidence that the restaurant is actually being managed. My son's milk that came with the kids meal was expired for more than a month. Good thing we caught it, because I'm sure even 3 year olds don't like expired milk. The health department should do an audit and shut this place down. read more

Alright we come here first & foremost because they have one of the better inside playground in town and my kids love to play here & and they give out a free sample ice cream cone to my kids which makes this place pretty awesome for the kiddos. The food is descent fast food. With the crappy Pocotello weather we are regulars at this place. read more

I stopped by to get dinner and what a disappointment (again).Their bread was the nastiest .It was stale ole week old bread.We have ate there before and it was'nt the best,but we thought we'd try one more shot.That was the last straw.I bet the owners and even the managers would drive down the street to get a good meal.What a disgrace and disappointment.I would'nt even feed it to my dog.Its like throwing $20.00 in the wind.It needs to be banned.SAVE your money. read more

We normally go to a different location in Pocatello but happened to be near this Arctic Circle and decided to get our burgers and drinks. As we always do, we asked for some fry sauce (my kids like extra fry sauce on their burgers). The drive-thru girl rudely asked, "what do you need fry sauce for?" I explained how the kids like it on their burgers. She said, "I will only give you one". ONE? After buying FIVE burgers? From now on we will stick with the other Arctic Circle. They have never been rude, and they have never questioned us on why we wanted fry sauce. Oh, and the burgers were terrible without the extra fry sauce. Not again Chubbuck Arctic Circle!!! read more
