I'm not a fan of any of McDonald's food with the possible exception of the Egg McMuffin, but I can definitely drink their coffee. Other than it's stupid hot, it's good stuff and cream hides a multitude of sins. The store is clean and the crew was attentive. The tables had no trash. The condiment/soda station had no trash. The trash bins were not full. I had no problem sitting here for two hours using their wifi and sipping at their coffee until my laptop ran out of power. That's "Good" for me. Ordered a burger no pickles light onion, didnt get onions and got pickles, wanted sauce with my order and got none of it, extra salt on my fries and I didn't even get salt packets. It doesn't seem like that much but it doesn't take that much brain power to get an order right! Avoid this "Locally owned" McDonald's if you can. You can be assure that this restaurant will not put you first is any regard, if you voice a concern or bring attention to a serious matter in which a crew member was using drugs in the bathroom. They will fluff the situation and disregard the feedback of a community member. As of today 3/23/24 that crew member still has a job and is serving and making your food at this "Safe place" and "Family" restaurant. Seriously you guys... this location takes the "our machine is down" joke to another level. There is, literally, some machine "down" every-frickin'-day! Yes, I do go to McDonald's that often. I'm ashamed. Just today, the frappé machine was down, the espresso machine was down, the smoothie machine was down and the slushie/frozen beverage machine was down (all 5 flavors). The one thing that wasn't down, surprisingly, was the ice cream machine. They offered to substitute my coffee order for a shake which today, I just was not having. McDonald's is McDonald's where ever you are. Well, with the exception of some regional items - like saimin and portuguese sausage, as well as taro, haupia and guava pies like we have at home in Hawaii. The location was super convenient, located next to Walmart and numerous gas stations. Clean restrooms and restaurant. Prices seemed to have crept up over the years from the $1 menu to the $1ish menu. The staple of the kids "happy meal" is always a favorite of my girls, and in this case they were only $2.99 versus $4.99 at home. McDonald's isn't my first choice for a meal, but if you want fast and on the go, it's a viable option. read more

I LOVE McDonald's Diet Coke! For some reason, it tastes better there, than any other fast food place. So I go through the drive through more than I'd like to admit. I live in Chubbuck, so I frequent that location the most. This past Saturday, we wanted to go grab breakfast there, and go inside to sit down and eat. The Chubbuck location, and the Yellowstone location was packed-so we decided to see if the McDonald's across from the university was less busy. It was, so we parked and went inside. If I owned this location, I would be very unhappy with the cleanliness of that store! They have a area with screens for kids to play games on that were so filthy-that I almost turned around and walked out...if they can't wipe those down, or the tables-it makes me question what the back area is like where the food is being prepared. We placed our order, and the gal that took it acted like she'd rather be anywhere but there. I got our drink cups. Went over to fill them, got to where the lid dispenser was I took a picture of that. I set our drinks on the dirty table, went out to my car, got some sanitizing wipes, and brought a few in. Just thought the owners might want to be aware that their staff is really dropping the ball when it comes to cleaning. This kind of dirtiness wasn't accumulated over a day, or a week. I'd be having my employees do a deep clean after hours, or late hours when business is slow. I don't really know if owners will see this review, but if I owned a eating establishment-I'd want to know. read more

February 18, 2012 Saturday - lunch 2:45 PM 2 adults Atmosphere - 5 stars Food - 4 stars Service - 5 stars Background - Driving across country from Reno NV to Minot ND and this was the sit down for a quick bit and hit the road again. The late lunch was because the time zones change. Atmosphere - Looks like a new one, very clean love the loose chairs at the tables. Food Appetizer - None. Main Course - Had the chicken club grilled, tasty and loved the crisp bacon on it. But the fries were way too salty. A cow would have loved licking all that salt off those fries. The details... I ordered two milks. Once on my way, I found that they were frozen solid. A small but annoying detail. Also, I ordered at the outside window. If I could give them a zero I would. In the past week I have found egg shells in my egg mcmuffin twice and they got my order wrong 1 time as well. The food is very mediocre compared to other places. The other night i specifically asked if they had strawberry piescat the drive through. I was told yes so I ordered one and paid for it and 3 mcflurries and two small fries. When I got to the food window I was handed the 3 mcflurries and told to pull forward because they had to cook new pies. 15 minutes later I called the number on the door to find out why so long as my mcflurries were almost melted. The manager who's name I will not say was so rude to me about it that I asked for a refund. She brought me a refund on two pies.... ? I ordered one. And was very rude about it. Talking down to us like we had no right to be upset. And I was still missing my fries. She did not offer new mcflurries and did not seem to give a damn about us or anyone else there for that matter. I ate at all kinds of random hole-in-the-wall places at Yellowstone and was fine. One stop at McDonalds on the drive home, and boom, major food poisoning. Thanks to the grilled sweet chili chicken wrap, our six-hour drive home took eight hours. On the bright side, we got a wonderful tour of rural gas station restrooms. read more
