Flavor wise 10/10 the Parmesan crusted chicken was amazing in the Alfredo sauce. Texture wise, it is very easy to tell it was speed cooked, the noodles and the macaroni was very dry but very flavorful. All in all it was a good dining experience. We were served by enthusiastic staff, they took our order at the counter and it was quickly brought out to us. The music is a tad loud, but still allowed casual conversation, albeit with a slightly raised voice. This is a place I will definitely return to! read more

I received excellent service at this restaurant. The evening manager Joshua went above and beyond listening and explaining gluten sensitive options and my pasta dish was so delicious! Great place to pit-stop on our road trip from Grand Teton National Park! We were craving Asian food and this was a delicious, quick, option. The staff were very friendly, even offering to clean up our used plates (rare for a fast-food type restaurant). Gosh I wish I could leave no stars. Went in and requested my pad thai with no egg. Stated it was an allergy, and when I received my noodles, there was egg. I brought it back up to the person who took my order and told her the problem and she said, "There's no egg in it. That's what I put." I pointed out the egg and she said "That isn't egg." I left it there at the counter, wasn't looking for an argument. I'm aware of my food allergies and what they look like. Went and sat back down at the table with my friends and she brings the bowl back over and sits it down on the table and states again that there is no egg in it and walks away, like I have to eat it. We all got up, a friend went up to the counter and told her that was a terrible experience and could have been avoided or at least corrected, and left. This was over a year ago. I haven't eaten at a Noodles and Company since. Also, the 3 or so bites I took before realizing there was egg in my dish made me ill before I even got home, so I can be sure that there was egg. The wait was longer than I expected. I ordered a side Caesar salad and a small steak stroganoff and it came to $17. I thought this was crazy but was hangry and it was my first time here so I just went with it but as I reviewed my receipt I realized she put in a chicken Caesar salad which explains the cost. So I figured ok I'll just do the salad for dinner or tomorrow but then I get home and there is no chicken on the salad. Pretty frustrating. read more

I was so excited when this business opened in our community! They started out strong! Great customer service, great food, and clean! My daughter, and I stopped in for lunch today. Only one other customer there. The cashier was friendly enough-but the restaurant was dirty. Almost every table had been ate at earlier, and not cleaned. A large trash can by the exit door FULL of trash to the point of overflowing. The two girls working were doing nothing but chatting with each other. If I was the owner, I'd been livid to see my business in such a mess! Floors were very dirty as well! After we got done eating, I could help myself. I told them both that all the tables were dirty. They both looked at me like deer in the headlights...then one grabbed a rag, and some spray and cleaned 3 tables. My daughter saw her roll her eyes at me as we were leaving. Cleanliness speaks volumes about a business. The owner might want to know that he's paying 2 girls to stand around and do nothing. read more

first off, this is the best food that you will ever taste on the face of this planet. Second, my friend had a gift card here that kept getting declined, and because we're poor college students and have $2 in our bank account each, we wouldn't have been able to pay for our meals at all. The manager was super kind and generous however, and even though the gift card wouldn't work, he still comped our entire meal which was a little more than the gift card was worth. The staff is always courteous and helpful but time and time again the amount of vegetables included in their dishes is sparse! Even if you order double vegetables it is minimal. Do not skimp at the expense of the customer who feeds you. read more

I've been here a couple of times. The service is friendly, but not fast. Don't expect a fast food restaurant. The dining area is clean, and you can see the food prep area is also tidy. The portions are pretty decent, but don't plan on lots of leftovers. If you like spicy, the Koran beef or pad thai are tasty and will clear your sinuses. I like the spaghetti, and it appears popular. Usually very consistent and I love the food but I'm not impressed with burnt eggs in my Pad Thai. Its one of the easiest things to cook on the planet. And the fact the the manager was putting the final product in the to go boxes. Hopefully better the next time around read more

My Pad Thai bowl was okay. I'll be back to try a different one though. The employees were friendly and helpful, however, they need to remember that not all deaf people can lipread. I like to eat , but I would say I am not a picky eater.While I appreciate well prepared food and opportunity to socialize with people over dinner , I do not exclude certain simple processed foods from my diet such as hamburgers and hot dogs from certain chain restaurants f.e. , even though I understand their claims about 100 % beef can not be 100 % true. And what a disaster it was.To put it short : the food was horrible and service mediocre .But let me walk you through the whole "experience". Kid's meal lacked the juice and it appears facility has no orange juice despite the option on their website,my receipt mentioned Milk yet it was not in my bag , the clerk never asked if I wanted any utensils with my order , facility looked clean and personnel was polite , but food was disgusting.Out of 4 dishes I was only able to eat few pieces of beef and shrimp and the rest $40 worth of "food " went to waste,Spicy noodles were too spicy , other ones had too much garlic , my Stroganoff was not creamy enough etc. The receipt also looked funny with all zeros on it so according to receipt all the crappy food was their gift to us. Brief advice if you want noodles, that are eatable with chunks of beef or shrimp you can get much better meal for similar money at Mandarin House or even at Panda Express. read more

When we first walked in the manager had a mouth full of food while holding a tray of someone else's food ? This was the first thing that we noticed. Then the manager went up to the front to help us , as I was asking questions he responded very rudely to each question. His shirt was unzipped to where I could see his chest hair and it was unprofessional. When our food arrived there was no silverware by the soda machine so I had to go up to the front and ask for some (not a big deal) but it added onto the problems we already noticed. The couple sitting next to us had many complaints as well. Working in customer service for 5 years , I know that this is not how to treat customers. Pizza pie cafe offers unlimited pasta for the same price that i spent at noodles for only one bowl. Not that I need more just adding that they are very pricey. read more
