**COVID-19 Edition** I needed out. I was hungry and had stared at the same four walls for over two weeks so I had to get out. I walked through The Landing to Jimmy Johns passing a number of closed stores with any variation of why they were closed and no people to reach Jimmy Johns. A delivery driver sat outside waiting for an order. I looked at the sign out on their door which explained that they had markings on the floor to ensure social distancing. If, upon opening the door, a person were to find a person on each of the markings the new person was asked to step outside and wait to be called in. Quite efficient! As there was no one else I went in and ordered a delicious roast beef sub. The employees were friendly and attentive noting the closures and the oddness of the current environment. I've been to Jimmy John's several times when I'm in need of a quick meal that's relatively healthy :) There are several subs that are around $5 (but way better then Subway)...my favorite that I always go back to is the #5 Vito sub. It has salami with Italian vinaigrette and is tasty! Don't forget to add the hot peppers if you are a fan of some extra spiciness. The other thing I really like about JJ is that they are super quick! I can order a sub, and before they've swiped my card my order is ready. Everything is made fresh as you requested, and the service is always super friendly and sweet. FYI...they also will do free delivery if you live nearby! read more

Less than 1000 feet from Jimmy Johns is the largest airplane manufacturer in the world making your location for business a homerun. Boeing has workers on three shifts and due to long hours they rely heavily on local vendors for food. The largest concentration of your potential customers are on first shift which numbers in the thousands and take lunch daily at 10:00 am. So who is the marketing genius that chooses to open at 11:00 am and successfully avoids all of that business and money? You had a Pizza Slice business that was next you who figured this out too late then was gone. I assumed that chain owners were learned in market data analysis that comes with a degree in business? read more

Ordered a beach club that came out in like 30 seconds, super fast service. Sandwich tasted good and veggies and meat were good. Only problem was that they wouldn't cut the sandwich for some reason. Seems like a pretty mild inconvenience that could be done super easily. read more

Today I went in for lunch and noticed that no employees had their hair pulled back despite having long hair. I was also surprised to see a baby, presumably an employee's, just laying in a stroller off to the side. No one was interacting with the child it just was in the stroller in front of the counter near where the employees come in and out of the back. I waited a bit to see if someone would come from the bathroom to claim the child but no one did. It was an odd experience. read more

I came in earlier this week, and I noticed that no one was wearing a hair net. I stopped myself from ordering a sandwich because I was so grossed out. Additionally, there was an employee walking around in his sunglasses and making the sandwiches and I just felt that was unprofessional and gross. read more

Can't go wrong with Jimmy Johns for lunch, they're so quick especially when you're on a time crunch. Wish they would bring their sprouts back. Always get a country club with jalepeno chips. Favorite is the wheat bread. It's always soft in the center and has the right amount of chew to it. read more

I walked in...a guy with dreadlocks came to the register...I said "Hello"...he looked out the window,said nothing. I said "hello" again...he said nothing and made no eye contact. He's standing at the register and so am I. I said that's okay I'll leave. I walked out cause it looked like he hated me for walking in. As I turn to walk out, he briskly walks away and went back to cutting bread or whatever he was doing. I don't understand, I'm sad cause I really wanted a sandwich but not a tainted one if you get my drift. Dang it! Mean people ruin everything! read more

Absolutely the WORST and I mean WORST service I received from so called manager Christina. Not only they messed up my order/forgot items that I paid for. They recognized their mistake but Christine schooled me and told me that it's pretty much my fault even clearly the gentlemen who took my order was getting trained. This is crazy I will NOT order from this place and I will tell the entire company of my incident. Sandwich vs Sub and my cookie. Bill was $24.25 and I gave the driver $30 and he ensured me that he be back with correct order! So, the outcome was NO HELP by Christina and paid $30 and I'm still hungry. These people are FAST! I find their sandwiches to be pretty addicting...but I usually avoid carbs when possible. My go-to is the Italian sub in a lettuce wrap - and it's always consistently great! I recommend the side order of a quartered pickle too - always delish! read more

I've been to many a sammich spot. The Landing's Jimmy John's is A-OK. Because it's a franchise, any Jimmy John's you go to is going to be freakishly fast, and it's going to taste just as great as every other Jimmy John's. My rant about this joint is the service. I walked in with Boyfriend and a friend. I order the same thing every time (#4 Turkey Tom with all the freebies minus mayo oil and vinegar, jalapeno chips and a dill pickle) so I walked up to the counter. No greeting. He didn't even make eye contact, the lil prick. I started to order then had to stop and ask him "uhm are you open"? and then he finally acknowledged my presence. Regardless of the service I will still come back... and I couldn't give less than 3 stars because the bread/sammiches really are delish read more

Still a 1. Actually a -1. Incompetent, disrespectful, disgusting establishment ran by an imbecile. Once again, placed an order online, paid, expecting my food to be delivered only to be called and told there was no delivery driver, and NO BREAD? The young lady said she was working alone, and would void and cancel my order, yet I have not seen the charge reversal. I am out money, AND food. This is absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous. Please shut down online ordering if you know you can't fulfill orders! Very disappointing to a customer as you are a chain, and should be at a certain standard. This location has a lot of issues and the "manager" couldn't care less, nor did she offer any explanation, excuse, OR an APOLOGY. Based off her actions, and this location alone, I will no longer be eating at Jimmy John's. Corporate bounced me back to them so nobody cares or has any integrity at this point. I am always amazed at how fast they make a sandwich. No matter how you order it the sandwich is usually ready by the time you pay for it. One of my favorites is the hunter club with just the right amounts of meat, cheese and veggies. The un-wich option with lettuce instead of bread is good too. read more

I enjoy Jimmy John's sandwiches compared to many other nameless sub sandwich alternatives. Every time I walk in, the wonderful staff is welcoming and very friendly. They always have some good music playing and they always make a worthy sandwich. I particularly go for the beach club, which contains sliced roasted chicken, lettuce, sprouts and guacamole, with a giant pickle on the side...i think i just talked myself into lunch! Placed and paid for a $250.00 order on Thursday Night for Friday 5:45 delivery. No showed on delivery, didn't answer phones. Drove over to pick up order and found that they closed at 3:00 pm. I understand staffing issues make doing business hard, but there was no call to inform me that the store was closing early and the order would not be filled. read more

Major Fail @ this location. I like JJ's but this location gives Jimmy John's a bad name. About 400 youngins behind the counter, pretty sure they were all confusing each other. I ordered the Beach Club, like I do at every JJ's. It was basically nothing but mayo and lettuce. I also asked for EASY MAYO! Also there were no sprouts on the sandy either, WTH?!?! That is what makes the #12. Further more, I probably waited 5+ minutes for my 1 sandwich, while there was only one order of 2 sandwiches in front of me. If you have never been to JJ's dont ruin your first experience at this locale. read more

The smell of the fresh baked bread makes me subconsciously lick my lips like LL Cool J. I am a Turkey Tom fan and haven't tried anything else. However, like a previous re-viewer's experience they also forgot my sprouts. The sandwiches are unbelievably fresh, and packed full. The bread tastes as good as it smells. I always get a dill pickle halved as my late afternoon snack. However they no longer yell "pickle" when I order. They lost a star for the lack of enthusiasm displayed when I order a pickle and for forgetting my sprouts every time. read more

Let me start by saying that it pains me to have to give any Jimmy Johns a bad review. I LOVE Jimmy Johns subs and preach their goodness to everyone. This particular store though has a bunch of lazy kids running it. I walked in the door, was greeted by none of the 6-7 kids "working" there. I then proceeded to stand there being ignored for a few minutes as they talked to friends. I ended up leaving and eating at the pizza joint next door. Good pie and big slices. My suggestion... If you have a hankering for Jimmy Johns, drive to Bellevue and get a sub at that store. They are great and do JJ proud. read more

AGAIN, just like in the Southcenter location I was not greeted by ANY of the many young workers even though there was just one other person, sitting at a table, eating. This was my first time at this location and ehhh...my sandwich was basically all lettuce, I could not taste anything else. Don't get me wrong, I actually like Jimmy John's sandwiches and have eaten quite a few in the past month. So I love Jimmy John's. I've eaten at this one and the one in Kent near Meeker and both are great. What really impressed me today was we had a group BBQ at Coulon Park for work with ~175 people and had ordered catering (box lunches). The provider of the box lunches never put the order in and we had 175 people at the park, with no food. The coordinator called Jimmy John's at the Landing and asked them if they could do 175 sandwiches fast. They said they could do it in about an hour and had to go get more bread as they only had bread for 75 sandwiches. They didn't balk at the order at all. In the end, they delivered them in batches of 50 (with the first set coming ~20-30 minutes after the call) and everyone was eating w/in the hour and that included time to go get more bread. Now that is freaky fast. And freaky awesome. read more

Earlier this year the service was a nightmare. Orders constantly wrong, and on a delivery.Delivery drivers would get lost or take down wrong address. This place was a mess. Prices are fair, service is fast and friendly (and more importantly I've never been greeted by "Sup Dude". Place is clean, there's outdoor seating. Really can't complain as a quick sandwich lunch spot. One thing to note...how the heck are these sandwiches so darn good. Seriously there is absolutely nothing special about the sandwich I typically order, some turkey, cheese, lettuce, tomato and light mayo on a white french roll. When they say fast, they aren't kidding! I came in for an early lunch on Saturday and by the time I ordered, paid, and stepped back to put my wallet away, my sandwich was ready! Their regular subs are a little small I think, so I usually go for their bigger ones. Place is clean, adequate seating, with even a few outdoor tables. Their delivery is by car, unlike in the downtown areas. Never had the delivery from this location, but I always see them around Renton, so they are keeping busy. read more

Sometimes there is something to be said for fast repeatability. I can get out of my office, get a sandwich (dont forget the pickle) and bank in under 10 mins without fail. And as far as sub places go, its probably one of the better ones, at least for chains. All for 5-6 bucks. Can't beat it. And if there is a line, don't fret, it will be gone in less then a minute. They have 2 checkers during lunch and even some outdoor tables, when the weather is good. read more
