The night we were there a band was playing. Service!!!!!!There was no service at all. Nothing, the waitress if you want to call her that . Did bring out the food, once you went up to the bar. Where you had to go if you wanted something. Bartender was rude and acted like he couldn't care less. The waitress brought food to the table right next to use. Turned and walked away. There were maybe 30 people there, mostly locals close to the bar like right next to it. They still had to get up and get their own order. The waitress actually was having some drinks and left the restaurant for 30 minutes. Now the one star is only how the food looked plus I asked the people who were setting right next to us how the food tasted? Their answer was it was delicious. These stars are for the band. Ordered the skinny sandwich (turkey) and macaroni chili through UberEats. The sandwich looks like it was thrown together by a four year year-old. Globs of mayonnaise on the outside, turkey thrown on the inside of the bread in a clump. Whoever served up the chili in the cup, spilled it ALL over the outside of the container. The person that did that was well aware because they poorly covered it with tinfoil. If you know you made a mess, get a clean cup, and start over! I was excited to see a location here at the Landing and didn't have to drive all the way to Seattle like I did prior. Parking is def a lot easier than Seattle. This location is right across the Ulta at the Landing. But man, the taste has changed and it isn't what it used to be. I got the prime rib steak sandwich with a cup of the broccoli cheddar soup. Came in Saturday night for dinner and was super disappointed especially for somebody who works in the area and usually eats there about once a week with my co-workers. Two sandwiches, two sides of Macaroni and cheese and two drinks for the overpriced price of $50! I looked at the macaroni and cheese which is usually white and it was an orangish brown color and even asked the guy is this macaroni and cheese? And he said yes We sat down and tried to eat the macaroni and cheese and it was absolutely disgusting it was clear that it had been cooking for way too long and was burned. It was unedible my girlfriend walked up to tell them that and she got attitude from the girls there they were talking back and forth amongst each other and rolling their eyes. May have to rethink eating here for multiple reasons that's just one of them. $50 for two sandwiches two sides of macaroni and cheese and two drinks is absolutely ridiculous. And every time you pay with the debit card they always say it's going to ask you a question it's about a tip. Yes I know it's going to ask me a question dude it does every time I'm here and then they watch to see if you tip them or not which is super uncomfortable. It's pretty simple if I order standing up I don't tip I'm not paying extra money for somebody to do their damn job especially when the food is already way overpriced. Potbelly Sandwich is located in the Landing and is a solid little sandwich shop. This is a great lunch spot with fairly fast service. I didn't get to experience a typical lunch since another customer stepped out of line after ordering and then caused confusion when they tried to figure out who the missing sub went to. Then when he returned he expected them to serve him immediately. The staff kept their cool so I was impressed. I ordered a BLTA - there was plenty of avocado, nice tomatoes, and crunchy bacon. There was a ton of lettuce so I ended up clearing it some. I enjoyed their sub bread. It was also tasty! All in all a solid quick lunch spot. read more

The staff working on Wednesday, the 20th at 1 PM displayed a noticeable attitude, showing respect selectively, which left both my friend and me feeling uncomfortable. While they were friendly towards my friend, I encountered passive-aggressive behavior, which raises concerns about their treatment of different customers. them-they with orange hair was particularly off-putting, and Jessie seemed to share the same dismissive attitude. My friend noticed this disparity in service before I did, as we observed them treating other customers with courtesy. Given this experience, I doubt I will return to this location. Oh what a disappointing Potbelly's! I was so ecstatic to stumble across my favorite sandwich spot just before a movie, but I could tell this was a pretty new shop when the shift manager and the girl helping me couldn't figure out how to make a Cold Brew Shake. We ordered $45 worth of food: 2 sandwiches, 2 shakes, 1 soup and 1 chili, and two chips. We traveled just to the cinema...and nothing was warm as we started to dig in. The shake also lacked any real coffee flavor. The only thing that was as good as I remember were those pickled veggies in my sandwich. And, my broccoli cheddar soup was the winner out of the the entire lot. Hopefully these kinks get worked out, because this is NOT the Potbelly's that I grew to love in Washington, DC. read more

Im the most sweetest person you would meet usually I just let things go but this is starting to be a problem. I work at the landing as well so I come here often and this is the only place I like and I will not be back! I frequently visit your restaurant for lunch and generally enjoy the food However, I have noticed that the customer service provided by most employees could be greatly improved. With the exception of one staff member (a gentleman with locs and glasses who always greets customers with a smile and is very friendly), the other employees often appear to have an unfriendly demeanor. They are rude they don't care , and they laugh as if they are talking aboThey rarely engage with customers by asking how their day is going or offering a friendly farewell, which significantly detracts from the overall dining experience. As someone who values good service and is willing to tip generously, I find this lack of basic customer service disappointing. Decided to go here for a quick lunch. This shop is located in an outside mall area, so parking varies on how busy it is during the day. It shouldn't be too bad though. Upon walking in, the workers look like they hated their job. I was obviously confused on where to order, and what to do next, so I asked and the young guy and he helped me while the others that supposed to help me just stared at me. There was 2 older workers and 2 younger. The 2 younger looked approachable, the other 2 were not. I got the BLTA, and it was pretty good. The bread was toasted beautifully. The lady taking my condiments & veggies was not happy at all. Kept rolling her eyes, giving attitude. Did not care for that. Although, love the music they play in here, gives such a pub feeling haha. First time trying this place and I really enjoyed it! I love the unique sandwiches they offer compared to other sandwich shops. We also tried a soup and the Mac and cheese. I ordered the Mediterranean, which was delightful. I enjoyed every bite. It's a hot sandwich and comes with feta and artichoke hearts and hot pepper hummus, and it's not really spicy so don't worry about that if you aren't a spice fan. 10/10 for me. My husband has A Wreck, which he liked, but he enjoyed the chicken pot pie soup more (he's a huge cpp fan). Our son got the Mac and cheese and we tried some as well. Can't go wrong there either! We shared a cookie, chocolate brownie and it was amazingly good! Lastly, the service was great. The girl behind the counter was so sweet and kind. Came into this location to change it up and try a new sandwich place. I LOVE sandwiches. It was 6pm and was pretty much crickets in there...no patrons. Walked up and looked at the menu and then went to put order in. Here is my take on my experience: Staff: Like about as unexciting as watching paint dry. Personalities of a stump that seemed like they haven't cracked a smile since the year 2002. Definitely didn't make me want to come back Food: Got the big beef sandwich with blue cheese. For the prices you would usually go to a nicer restaurant and get a full sandwich with fries for same price. My sandwich definitely lacked flavor and just blawwww Location: good location and easy to get a seat and served fast as no one was in there so that is a plus hence the 2 stars Verdict: won't be back. No urge to even try anything else. Helpful hint...if you have terrible social skills or hate people don't do a job where that is one of the biggest parts of your job. Not a great photo as I was already starving - but definitely disappointed by this a little bit. Ive been here multiple times trying different orders. Recently I have gotten the same order three times now, since I found a combo I like the best -- the first time from this location which was the best one (and favorite order so far) that I've had, second time was the worst at a different location, and third time back here hoping for that 1st time experience with this specfiic order... but disappointed (although not as bad as second). The sandwich seemed to be way too soggy, and couldve been toasted better - also didn't seem flat cut to me like the first time. There were also wayy too many peperoncinis (like multiple per bite, I had to pick them out because it was abnormal) and not the average amount that should come with this sandwich. Maybe thats also what caused the sandwich to be extra wet if there was vinegar that they soaked in? Not sure. There was also no chili, as there shouldve been in this sandwich. Hardly any marinara sauce, no mushrooms and, if there actually was any cheese, it was very little. Oh there was pepperoni on it but that's about it. The staff that served me was rude and it's interesting to see how they put toppings.. as I asked for pickles and they put one skinny half pickle onto the sandwich. If you ask for mustard they put one tiny line of mustard on the sandwich to where you can't even taste it. So my sandwich was pretty bland. The person that helped my friend and I was rude and greeted all of the customers except us. After taking our payment, she handed us our cards and walked away but greeted other customers strange. Super delicious! A bit overpriced but it's better than most sandwich places i've been to. The salad was fresh and not overpowered with sauce. I got the Italian sand which that comes with provolone, pepperoni, authentic capicola, salami, and mortadella. After my sandwich was toasted, I added mayo, lots of pickles, and shredded lettuce. Was not messy to eat either and actually looks pleasing to eat. We got brownie chocolate chip for our dessert. It was okay, i like when cookies are soft all around.
