This location, Silverdale, is constantly disappointing, at least as far as online ordering. It's been several months since our last negative visit but we wanted to give it another try hoping for improvement. But same lack of attention to the order: no extra veggies, no mayo/mustard packets, no cut in half (all clearly offered and requested on their website). I think if you want any modifications you need to go inside the store, stare them in the eye and wait for your order. Then check your bag, open each sandwich to verify the modifications requested. Too much hassle for something that should be a simple process. We were deciding between Jersey M or Jimmy J tonight. We picked the wrong one. read more

So my wife ordered a slim #6 and even stated the Vegetable only. The girl at the w indow was so busy trying to upsell, she didn't listen to a word she said. Feta back to work and it is a dry roll with some cheese. So she goes back and said that isn't what she ordered. The same girl states you said slim #6 and that is the alcheese sandwich now. Do you think they offeres to make it right ? Nope, instead she asked her if she wanted to order another sandwich while her coworker laughed in the background. Manager was chatting with Kitsap country Sheriff's, so my wife told her to keep the sandwich and walked out. I rated Jimmy John's some years ago and I'm back to tell you that I give it a higher rating now than I did back then. For sandwiches, I think they do a great job. Cutting down the carbs, I love the sandwiches that are wrapped in lettuce. They call them unwitch which is basically replaces the bread and cuts the carbs down significantly. The way they wrapped them is absolutely expert. I've been to other restaurants and asked for lettuce wrap, and they've not been anywhere near as well put together as here. Without all that bread, I can taste the flavors of the meat and assortment of vegetables and condiments far better. The other day, I tried a pickle sandwich. It was interesting. I probably would have liked it because it was more like a snack, but it was too salty of course. Because of the lettuce wrapped sandwiches, it is now my favorite sandwich shop. Honestly, if I were still eating bread, it would be my second favorite. So I rate it very highly. read more

My wife and I have been to this location several times. The first time they took money off my wife's card then refused to provide the food. They simply said "Take it up either way your bank". This after waiting for over an hour. After it was sorted we tried it again only for the same thing to happen but with much rudder staff. My bank completely blamed them not us. The ambiance is horrible as half the employees spend their time outside yelling conversations including swearing and smoking. The food is overpriced. I mean way overpriced! Two sandwiches for $68.97. I have never had a problem ordering here. The staff are the best they can be even when they're short staffed. The drive thru is easy enough. I'm sad they rarely deliver anymore, but pick up is also very easy. I love how great they are when wrapping an unwiched sandwich. With all that meat and veggies who needs extra bread on top? I pretty much like a plain, basic sandwich. Only lettuce, mustard and salami. I have ordered the mini sandwich a few times and go here because my husband loves this place. Every single time they mess up my order. Not sure how since I only want three things on the bread. This time I asked for double salami meat. They charged me $3.50 more. But that's the actual cost of my mini sandwich. Hmmm. When I looked at it I counted 7 salami slices. That's $1 for a single slice of salami. What a rip of. Ugh. Not worth it. The sandwiches themselves tend to taste fine here. But the reason that I give this location a lower score is simply the actual people who work here. I tend to get off work and then place a phone order to make it easy, I can drive right up and pick up my sandwich. However , EVERY time I've ever done this I pull up and they don't have my order ready, haven't even started it and then start to make it when I arrive.... What's the point of preordering my sandwich if they are going to miss the order being placed and wait until I arrive. They need to come up with a new system to ensure they see when mobile orders are placed. Also they aren't ever that apologetic about the situation. They gave my dog bacon! At the drive-through, the cashier saw the dog in my passenger seat and asked whether she could have bacon. It seemed like something the staff just understood as part of the routine: dog in the front seat? If so, then a small strip of bacon would be offered with the regular order. Today was the second time my wife and I ordered from Silverdales Jimmy John's #5 Vito and again found the sandwiches tasted like Hay. No mayo, oil, salt or pepper if any veggies they weren't fresh. I have had some of the best Jimmy Johns sandwiches in Seattle on 3rd and University, that didn't short their customers on fresh and plenty of veggies, and didn't taste like Hay. I've had them deliver twice. The first time, I thought it took a little long. The second time, they got there pretty quickly. Both times I ordered a simple sandwich. The first sandwich had so much mayonnaise on it, and both had too much lettuce. I guess they need that as filler since the sandwiches barely contain meat. The second time I asked for light mayo and it was a normal amount. I also asked for extra mustard and they barely put any on. Both sandwiches were very lazily thrown together. It's too expensive for what it is. I worked in fast food a long time ago, it wasn't hard to put things together neatly or make them as ordered. Just pure laziness. The sandwich itself wasn't bad but what is the deal with workers arguing with a customer? I asked for "sauce" on my sandwich and watched the girl make it. She was talking to another worker the whole time she made it and did not add any sauce. I asked if I could get some on the side since she did not put it on and the guy at the window asked the worker if she put it on -- she didn't answer (because she knew she forgot) but the guy she was talking to said "there's sauce on there" and that he put it on himself. Funny, he didn't even make my sandwich. Too annoyed to argue and say, actually you didn't make mine. But needless to say probably won't be coming back.
