First visit to Jersey Mike's in Silverdale, coveniently located with access to Hwy 3 (5/28/26). It was a hot afternoon and we were ravenous after a busy day. Jersey Mike's jumbo sized subs were what came to mind. This Jersey Mike's was well staffed at each station and overall very efficient as a team dealing with online/pickup, takeout, and onsite orders volume. Ordering, prep, and payment went smoothly. We ordered both a jumbo #13 Italian on white bread, Mike's Way with all the fresh vegies, seasonings, and oil/lvinegar drrssing. The other jumbo sandwich was a grilled #42 Chipotle Chicken Cheesesteak on rosemary parmesan bread. We passed on the chips, treats, and fountain drinks that were also available for purchase. Once at our destination and unwrapped, what was notable were the generous amount of Italian meats, cheese, and chicken that were provided. This was in contrast to other Jersey Mike's sites visited in North Seattle, Shoreline, and Woodinville. Definitely we prefer the tasty, well crafted subs from Jersey Mike's versus Jimmy John's, Subway or Quizno's. Great experience & can recommend this Silverdale location! read more

The food would be delicious if it didn't get everybody id known sick. 3 people, 3 sandwiches, 2 lost wages, 3 very grown adults getting sick from children who cant properly follow food protocol. Trying not running hands through your hair just before prepping food please. Usually, I won't go far as to write a review, but the manager denies any wrongdoings and was very rude when I wasnt asking for a refund or compensation. All I was asking for was for them to be more careful and to be aware. Well Mr. Manager, be aware of the food you allow to be sold at your establishment that makes people sick & the workers you allow to handle it all. Not a great Jersey Mike's Location. Let's get this out of the way. There's nothing wrong with the food at this location. It's exactly to the standard that you would expect from a Jersey Mike's. No deficiency here. So if you like Jersey Mike's, you'll like this. If you don't, it won't change your mind. So why is this location lacking? Well, for starters the location is terrible. They're a victim of the Trails Development, but it's out of the way, it's difficult to get in and out of, and the parking lot is terrible. So it makes it inconvenient to stop in and grab a quick lunch. Second, the layout of the restaurant itself is bad. You have to walk to the back of the restaurant to order and walk past the very limited seating to do so. Also, the seating itself is very limited and if you do manage to snag a seat you're going to be eating by people standing in line. Which brings us to the BIGGEST issue... The LINE! Oh my goodness. You will be standing in line FOR-E-VER. Slowest line in the history of Jersey Mike's. And they have like six people behind the counter, what are they all doing? Not helping things move through the line promptly. Every time I've been here it has taken forever. And they also seem really poor at balancing mobile orders and people in line. And every single person takes like five minutes. I know the whole thing about Jersey Mike's is they shave your meat and cheese as you order, but come on?!? This is ridiculous. A lot about this location that just can't be overcome (the location and the layout). But the speed of the service could absolutely be addressed. read more

Mr. Carmody & Mr. Thompson: I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the customer service experience I had at your location on April 25, 2026, involving the supervisor who was on shift that day. I returned to the store because there was an issue with my Uber order, and I simply wanted the salad to be remade. Instead of addressing the concern professionally, the supervisor argued with me and insisted that Jersey Mike's was only following the instructions listed on the Uber order. She then reprinted the receipt and attempted to show me what was on it. I respectfully advised her, "Thank you for showing me what is on your receipt; however, I would like to show you mine." She refused and continued to go back and forth with me rather than resolving the issue. Eventually, another associate stepped in and said to just remake the salad. My concern is: why did it require an unnecessary argument and intervention from another employee just to have the item remade? That was the entire reason I drove half a mile to your location at 11065 Pacific Crest Place, Silverdale, WA 98383 from my home. If I wanted to avoid the trip altogether, I could have simply filed a claim through Uber. Instead, I made the effort to come in person so the issue could be corrected quickly and courteously. I hope this matter is addressed with the supervisor involved, as customers should not have to experience resistance or confrontation when seeking a reasonable resolution. Hint - Call and order, then pick up, or use the app, whichever works for you. This is why: When I first walked in, I was happy to see only four people in line ahead of me. I thought I'd be out quickly. Why it took 30 minutes for four people, I don't understand. I saw a woman come in, pick up her bag and walk out again, she must've used the app. She was probably back at home or work eating her sandwich by the time I got to order. I've had so many subs at Jersey Mike's, Silverdale, that I'm sitting on 700+ points and have already used points for free subs a number of times. That's how big a fan I am. Most of those subs have been #13 on the menu, the Italian sub (why don't they call them hoagies? I'm originally from NJ and we never called them subs!). On 11/4/24, I received an email announcing their limited time pastrami sub...classic or chipotle. I ordered a classic and it was one of the most disgusting subs I've ever had...and definitely the worst sub I've ever had from JM's. It contained nearly as many large pieces of unchewable, undigestible, fatty gristle, as it did meat. I'll never order this again. It's back to sub #13 for me. read more

The other day I wanted something for lunch, but not the usual Subway or Quiznos... so I tried Jersey Mike's. I ordered the #56 Big Kahuna Beef sandwich. It came with peppers, cheese, jalapeños...and it was oven warmed. In fact While I sat at the table and didn't witness its preparation, I'm pretty sure they cook everything on the grill, then stuff it into the roll. It was fantastic. Very tasty. Unfortunately it's also much more expensive than other sandwich shops...$15. While it was a wonderful sandwich, and I enjoyed it immensely...the cost will mean that it's only something for me to enjoy less frequent. But don't let the cost be your deterrence...check it out for yourself. You will enjoy it...I'm certain. read more

Really good sandwiches, especially if you get them Mike's way with the standard veggies and their signature oil and vinegar mixture. I got mine in a bowl without bread, and it ended up being probably just as good. They have pretty generous helpings of meats, which I appreciated. The staff were pretty helpful and understanding, too. The server making my order seemed to be new, but nevertheless made it perfectly. Jersey Mike's sandwiches are a little more gourmet (and thus a little pricier) than your average Subway fare, but they're great to have every so often. read more

I have always liked Jersey Mike since I first discovered it about 20 years ago in North Carolina. I was super excited to find the one in Silverdale a couple years ago when they opened. They didn't get it right at first, but I think over the past that have time they figured it out. And the sandwiches are pretty good. The only problem I have is the meat doesn't really look like it's off the bone but rather looks compressed even though they slice it in front of you. Their bread is usually quite soft and tasty. They have a relatively new bread that's got rosemary and Parmesan on it and it's my new favorite. I love the turkey sandwich done my way. Not Mike's way but my way. My second favorite is Italian. They are good sub sandwiches compared to other sub places. I visit once every couple months or so. read more

Jersey Mikes is my favorite sandwich restaurant ever but I am so disappointed with this particular establishment. I have ordered from this restaurant many times for carry out. Never had a problem... until today. I ordered the Italian with all the fixings and requested light mustard and Mayo. Didn't get any mayo but got soooo much mustard it was unbearable. Jersey Mike's in general is an amazing deli. This Jersey Mike's... Just say no. Every time we go there our sandwiches are delayed. Today we went there to pick up an order that was placed at 9:45 AM for an 11 AM pick up and it wasn't ready until almost 11:30 AM. 30 minutes late to pick up only two sandwiches that were ordered in the a.m. online. People are going there on their lunch breaks and order ahead for a reason. We also asked that the sandwich have two special things done. No toasting, mayonnaise on both sides of bread. Sandwich came toasted, no extra mayo. When I told the girl working the register that the sandwiches were 30 minutes late she wouldn't look at me and never answered. The organization of this Jersey Mike's feels like that Super Bowl commercial where the monkeys are running the business. No order, total chaos. My New Favorite Sub Shop in the area !! Every sandwich so far has been Great !! I love the "Mike's way" they do their Cold sandwiches and the Grill they use for the Hot sandwiches. Cool that they cut the meat & cheese to order just like a local delicatessen. In the new Silverdale Trails shopping complex, this place has a cool feel to it. It has a TV hanging inside as well as a few tables outside to attack your sandwich instead of eating it at home. Not abundantly available in this area are the "Tasty Cakes" dessert cakes, nice touch. The Original Philly Cheesesteak is Awesome. The only thing that I'd say that I'm not to fond of is that they have Pepsi products..... But the Awesome sandwiches are worth the sacrifice.... Lol, and I can just buy a Coke on the way home...... I'll totally be back for my Sub sandwiches, probably more than I really need too...... read more

Don't often leave reviews but had to after my most recent experience ordering from here. Wanted a hassle free lunch so ordered a couple sandwiches to be delivered. Have ordered in the past and usually took about 45-50 minutes to get food. Not the case this time. After over an hour of checking the app there had been no change to status of my order. I called the store and the high schooler who answered tried to make it sound like they were just finishing up our order but it was clear it had been totally forgotten about and would never have been made if I hadn't called. There was no offer of any discount for the long delay or even an apology offered. Although when we finally got our order I did see "sorry bro" written on my sandwich bag. Totally professional. My wife and I went here for lunch today. This was my first time in a Jersey Mike's. We arrived at 11:30ish. That being said, the process did not go well. Right off the bat, the order station took about 10 mins. I would say that was at fault of the customer in front of me having a laundry list of orders for what I assume his coworkers or what not. My wife orders the Veggie and I get the Buffalo. I am told drinks and chips would be added if needed at the register. Okay -great, except they literally forgot about our order for the next 45 mins or so. Countless people come and go, and I am getting fustrated to say the least. My wife's sandwhich take about 20mins to get completed. They hand it to me without confirming any other concerns of mine, like where the hell is my drink? I end up just grabbing one from behind the counter myself. So now I am just waiting for my buffalo sandwhich to complete, which I expected to be done fairly soon after the veggie sandwhich was done. However, I see more people come and go, and by now the time is about 12:30. By 12:38, I finally get my sandwhich. The food is good but not worth the wait it took. I am going to give this place another chance, but mistakes like forgetting to put the order in are just unacceptable. This review would be a 2/5 stars but they did throw in a free sub voucher for next time. Service drastically needs to improve. Walk-ins should be prioritize over mobile orders, or have dedicate staff to fufill the mobile orders while other staff work on physical customers. read more
