What a ripoff! At this location, the cheaper sandwich menu is $10.99 for a regular. I have been to many Jimmy's John's all over the Twin Cities and that menu is $8.19 at every other Jimmy John's. That's almost 35% more expensive! The menu is the same across locations, so if you like Jimmy John's, you'll like the food. I love the exposed brick and the charming, warm look of the place. It's welcoming. The staff is visibly high, constantly. They screw up orders so often I've learned to speak very slowly when ordering and then watch closely as they make the food. Then I check it before I leave. So annoying that Freaky Fast food is really wrong so often. read more

worst restaurant owner i have ever seen. this business runs terribly because the owner is completely hands off, and appears to do nothing but own the franchise location. they are constantly without delivery drivers, so they have to use uber, which means if your order is missing items or messed up they cant correct it because they have no driver. the owner should be stepping in to make sure the business functions, or sell the business. and yes, that means delivering the sandwiches guy. really isn't any excuse to forget a bottled drink with an order either, and no point in ordering a combo when you don't deliver all items included to make it a combo. then you have uber drivers listing themselves as bicycles to defraud uber, and taking 40 min to deliver an order. zero quality control measures to make sure orders are processed correctly (initials etc). i feel bad for any competant worker at the store that has to deal with these problems as well, because they cannot effect enough change as they don't own the business. i am done buying anything from this location. read more

With very simple chains like Jimmy Johns there are few things you can do to stand out as outstandingly good or bad, and I'm hap to se this place stands out as amazing. The food itself is exactly what you'd expect, but the staff working here is incredibly fun and friendly. It was good. A bit on the pricey side as the sandwich was much less bulky than I expected. It was a bit on the dry side and the cookie I got on the side wasn't much better. Basically: I'll order here again if I'm being lazy, am craving a sandwich and want a sandwich delivered. Otherwise, I'll make my own, thanks. In comparison to other Jimmy John's this one is either a hit or a miss. I recommend if you decide to eat here do so at night. I think they make better food at that time. At Jimmy John's downtown St. Cloud location, you'll find a fairly typical sub shop - which indeed can create a sandwich very quickly - located in a historic building. Jimmy John's makes a pretty decent sub. There are many choices for subs in this town - Erbert and Gerbert, Subway, Jimmy John's, Casey's, Firehouse, and more. This JJ's is in a cool old building. We came in with a team of 14, and they served us freaky fast, as advertised. Sometimes JJ's employees can come off as rude, especially serving a large group... not these guys fast and friendly. Nothing special on the menu, I had the Country Club. I'm not sure how a club doesn't have bacon on it, but this one didn't. Still tasty. read more

Their excuse was that their delivery driver quite fast forward to tonight. I honestly never had a problem until this year...The one day they didn't give us all of what we ordered and it's understandable for something to be missing every once in a while. I wrote them a review and they gave me a complimentary sandwich. I went into the store and was the ONLY person in the store and they were just cleaning and still seemed to screw up both of the sandwich's that were ordered, that was just ridiculous. The next time I ordered it took 2 hours for them to deliver my sandwich. 2 hours...I don't know how they came up with the slogan freaky fast. I don't have a problem with other stores of theirs...but this one definitely needs some help or something because it's not worth the money. read more

I am SO glad we have a Jersey Mike's in town now because I am never going to Jimmy John's again after my service from the manager at this location today. If it was bad enough for me to waste my time typing a review and contacting corporate, it was bad. My first order did not have the oil/vinegar mix or cheese and this happens pretty much every time I order from them and I just suck it up. But today, I was home sick from work and all I wanted was what I ordered. I called and they said they'd send another (without an apology, except from the DRIVER of all people, who had nothing to do with it even). I was totally fine with that and even sent back my un-eaten sandwich. They sent another and this time, it had the oil/vinegar, but still no cheese. I shouldn't have to explain this even, but I go EZ on the Vito Meat because I barely even eat meat and by the 2nd half of the sandwich, I usually end up picking off all the meat and just having cheese on it. The manager actually said to me, "is the cheese really that important?". He offered to send me another out when I explained that it is, but I did not want to wait for a 3rd and possibly incorrect one to come, this time maybe even with the addition of spit judging from how this guy acted (I can only imagine the kind of ship he runs there). I wanted a refund, I told him even a dollar would suffice because it was the principle of the matter for me and he refused. He told me he personally made and put cheese on this sandwich (basically calling me a liar and/or crazy). I even took pictures, there was no cheese so I cut up my own yellow cheddar and put that on it. This guy seriously asserted that he put it on there when I was looking and it and it clearly had none on it and I am just blown away, absolutely blown away. I work for Capital One and come to JJ's with friends for lunch frequently, but NEVER again and I will recommend that none of them do either. I do not typically complain ever; my friends do it for me at restaurants when they see that I am not going to, but I just had to share what a joke this experience was. read more

Unfortunately it's in the heart of downtown where parking is scarce on a busy day and costs a little money but other than that it was great. The restaurant was clean, not busy and the workers were hardworking and focused. My sandwich was delicious. Definitely a quality Jimmy Johns. read more
