But while the food was real good, I asked for a turkey sub with lettuce, mayonnaise, and cheese. And they refused to toast it. They said that "they couldn't toast any of their OG's." But then toasted my brothers bacon sandwiches. Honestly, it felt a lil personal. My sandwich was cold, and the mayonnaise was liquidy. Honestly, prob would not rec. Not totes adorbs. 4/10. I don't see all the hype for this place. Service was good, didn't go inside ordered on line. First sandwich was gross. Called and they made me a new fresh one different kind. I had a $5 credit so I used it . I think it should have been replaced. Since they were nice on the phone I let it slide. Probably won't go back. Sorry. read more

love this place! the employees are always so kind and attentive, very friendly. i usually just pick up through the drive thru so I'm rarely inside, but the drive thru really is freaky fast! (for the most part at least.) from the few times I've gone inside the store, it's clean and neat. love the fun signs on the walls, I always get a kick out of those. i always order the same thing whenever I go and it's always delicious! every once in a while there's some inconsistencies when I ask for "extra" on something, but usually those extra add ons are free anyway so it's not like I'm paying for it. overall great location, love it! read more

Went to this location the other day around 11am to get an "unwhich" sandwich which is a sandwich on lettuce. I asked for the bread on the side and was told "no" so I asked if I could buy the bread which I was then told "we don't know how much bread we will have for the rest of the day...." I'm just confused where the logic was here because had I just gotten a normal sandwich they would have to give me bread. I was so over the conversation I couldn't even argue about it because it seems so unreasonable. read more

I would eat Jimmy John's on a daily basis if I could. My favorite sandwich is the B.L.T. With EXTRA B.L.T. I got a few laughs the first time I ordered it. The employees are full of energy and will help lift the clouds on a bad day. I don't know who trained the employees but both the employees and the trainers are doing a great job. PS. Got the same thing I get any any jimmy johns. Felt awful from the time I ate it, was $hitting my brains out the rest of the evening. There's like 5 other locations in the area, I'd consider how you'd like to spend the rest of your day and night before rolling the dice on this one. This location stinks. Closed early on a Saturday night for a team meeting? No signs or anything saying that....real cool. This was at 8:30 and they close at 9! Here's a thought, have a team meeting during the week after hours and not right before you close ‍ read more

Ordered the Lil John I want the #15 [tuna] I was told they only make number 1 thru six ok I'll take the number 3 which was also tuna,I was then asked if I wanted cheese I said if it comes with the sandwiches then yes. After my first experience with Jimmy John's, it was quite a while before I was willing to go back and give them another try. I'm glad I finally went back. The sub sandwich was well made, the ingredients were fresh and the order was made exactly as I requested. After my first experience, I wondered if this an exception. I was definitely surprised and pleased with the service and the sub sandwich. Subsequently, I have ordered several more of Jimmy John's sub sandwiches over the past few weeks and have received the same excellent service and sub sandwiches. THE GOOD: Wow... THE BREAD, THE BREAD, THE BREAD. Ninety percent of the stars I gave this place is based on the bread alone! There is nothing that wouldn't taste good on it. The mayo is also really good! It taste like the old school homemade mayo. THE BAD: Nothing special with the meats, lettuce, extras, nothing at all. Literally almost indistinguishable to me. My "Porker" tasted just like the turkey sandwich. No real Avacodos. I'm a Cali boy and Ava's go on all sandwiches. They have some sorta spread that isnt customer portable outside of the sandwich. I have been here 100 or more times. Always get 2 #5's and a bag of chips. The kids behind the counter are well trained, friendly, fast, hard working and provide me with a high quality sandwich at a very reasonable price. I always get them to go and Doctor them up a bit at home with more tomatoes if in season, fresh olive oil and maybe some hot peppers. I then put them in the fridge and let them cool a bit. Best sandwich place in town, nothing is close. I go there 3-4 times a month. Healthy, delicious, fast in and out, great service and very reasonably priced. What's not to like? read more

I like Jimmy Johns. It's nice to have a delivery place that isn't pizza and doesn't have a $25 minimum ($30 in Ivins). My problem with this location is they don't deliver to Santa Clara or Ivins. Really? My dad's house in Santa Clara is LITERALLY a 2 minute drive (2 MINUTES) according to Mapquest. My house in Ivins is a 9 minute drive. They can't drive 2 or 9 minutes? Ridiculous. We didn't realize that the first time when we ordered online so she had the driver deliver it which is why they get 3 stars because that was very kind. What made me mad about that is the store didn't give the driver our receipt and we, like most people, don't carry cash, so the poor guy didn't get a tip. You could tell he didn't know the area at all and had a rough time finding the house and we wanted to give him a large tip. It was sad and wrong of the store to do that to him. read more

On the positive side the restaurant smelled like homemade fresh bread but my sandwich was definitely lacking in flavor. This was my first time at a Jimmy Johns and even my kids didn't finish their sandwiches. mmm hmmm! i order jimmy johns at least once a month probably more. After a hard day in the yard, there is nothing better than someone showing up at your door with just the thing you ordered, we always get the gargantuan, and the Italian night club, oh and a pickle, halved of course. FYI huge pickles. The staff is always nice, the food is fresh i am so glad St George has them... Only weird thing is that sometimes if you order late on Saturday night, they put the order in for Monday morning... But if you call the store they fix it promptly. Thanks! read more
