I called to make a delivery order and was rudely spoke to by female employee. I then posted that on a review. So I wait an hour and call back the female employee who answered this time was very nice. I placed my order and was told it would be an hour for the delivery. I then waited 40 minutes and my phone rang and it was the restaurant saying they would not deliver to me when I asked why they said I was being rude to their employees. 1st place I was the one who was mistreated. But I am sure that is not the story they got. But I did ask why so long on delivery they replied they were short a driver. I love Jimmy John's as a whole, but this location? Not so much. They were out of French bread at 3 PM on a Sunday. What?!? C'mon. No one goes to Jimmy John's for the wheat bread and lettuce wraps. Didn't like the Jimmy John's experience the first time I had it (another location in another state). I've since enjoyed it quite a few times...Italian night club with hot peppers and you're good to go. Plus, every location I've ever tried--delivery or otherwise--has been freaky fast just like they advertise. Props for the consistency across stores. Five stars if they start delivering to the other side of highway 2; it's 3 miles from the store to entire subdivisions but they won't deliver due to their corporate delivery/mapping program which sets an odd boundary at highway 2 (or so I was told by an employee). This is one of my favorite places to eat and I'm so excited there is a location in Williston now! I love to go here for lunch but I also enjoy buying the day old bread and making sandwiches at home with it. The staff has always been very friendly and the location is clean. For being a newly opened place it runs smoothly. I haven't gotten delivery but I live only a couple blocks away. Location is great for the college students but parking can be annoying if it's busy. Overall I would recommended this place to everyone! read more

I never post bad reviews, but the Williston JJ takes the cake. They are just so busy and understaffed they can't do the job. I always ask for a dry unwhich, carefully repeating that I do not want mayo, mustard, or oil of any kind, just lettuce, meat, chs and veggies. They are usually either out of chs or they only have provolone, which I hate. So I say no chs. I repeat this 3 times, then I ask the person to repeat it back to me. 30 minutes later I get an unwhich delivered. I only have $20 bill the delivery guy has no change,( even tho I was asked on the phone if I would b paying in cash) so I pay $20 for a $12 unwhich. It is drenched in mayo. I call, they suspiciously say I can have a new one if I hand in the old one,I say fine, I'm hungry. 30 minutes later I get another unwhich. I hand over the old one, open the new one, its dripping wet. I don't know y. Oil maybe? The chs I didn't want is literally slimy. I just threw it in the trash and went hungry for the rest of the day. They are just so busy they can't care. All I can do is give up and not order from them ever again. read more

Apparently their delivery area is small. They refused to drive one block north of their arbitrary "delivery area". I'm in town, less than 1.5 miles from their restaurant location. I hope that this small town franchise continues to do well and treat customers great. I got the blt chips and a cookie.
