Dr. Wu is very holistic and gentle. I appreciate his approach of massage-based chiropractic care and how he never forces adjustments if my body isn't ready. I went to him for some chronic mid-back pain from my scoliosis and my frequent headaches. After assessment, he correctly indicated that my back pain was from tightness in my muscles. I work a desk job and am mostly sedentary. He based my treatment on stretching, ultrasound/laser therapy, massage, and at-home exercises. I was treated for about an hour twice a week until the pain went entirely away, and then we gradually made visits more infrequent. Now, I am at an at-need basis. I have seen other chiropractors in the past that prioritized rough adjustments that left me in more pain after treatment. Dr. Wu is definitely the gentlest and most effective. I remember about 4 weeks into being treated by Dr. Wu, my back pain entirely went away. I could not remember the last time I had zero back pain. My headaches also became much less frequent. I've been to Jimmy Wu's office for 3 different issues: lower back strain, a pulled tendon on the side of my knee, and an extremely painful pinched main nerve at my neck. Regardless of the issue, Jimmy and Helen provide a combination of cold laser and traditional chiropractic therapy. Several sessions are required for any kind of issue. Jimmy came through for me for the problems that I experienced. My lower back pain was chronic and lasted intermittently over the course of 20 years but Jimmy still managed to fix it. I was skeptical before my first visit but I'm a believer in Jimmy's treatment now. Just be prepared for his arms and hands of steel. He claims that he didn't use much strength on me but I think he was being humble. I bet he can tear you in half if he wanted to. Seriously, I came to the conclusion that if there's no pain there's no gain. The important thing to keep in mind is that you will usually feel an improvement at the end of each session. I have been seeing Dr. Wu for more than 4 years recommeded by a friend of my wife's. As the words spread out, my wife, mother, sister, mother-in-law, and several other friends all become his paitents. He is professional, knowledgeable and sincere. I've been couple other chiropractors before but I am impressed by Dr. Wu's patience and honesty. As a medical professional, Dr. Wui doesn't treat you like "one of the folders in their file cabinet", but he really treats and thinks you as his family. Really, it is very difficult to find a doctor, even a person with such a good heart nowadays. He is nice to elderly as well and would help them as much and as many ways as possible. Love Dr. Wu. Been going to him 3x a week for almost 2 months and I have to say, I'm so glad my friend found him for me. He's really nice and helpful. My back pain was horrible the first day I went in. Amazing Dr. Wu actually skipped his lunch to help me that day. I was in there for over 2 hours thanks to the kind doctor. I even recommended him to my mom when she was complaining about her ankle and back pains. He's patient and always focuses solely on you when you're there on his table. Decent chiropractor they do seem to truly care for you and your needs in finding relief but I find them too expensive and they ask for you to come in a few times a week one thing I never received from this place was any type of adjustments and I don't know why I got more of a massage in specific areas of need I came here about 3-4 times if I recall but the more I came in the least work they did on me for the same price and no long term relief I only felt a bit more relaxed leaving the place but that's almost any massage parlor u go to you'll feel the same way for half the price or less read more

Jimmy and Helen are the best! I was referred to them after having a severe neck spasm a couple years ago. I couldn't move my neck, and the pain was so unbearable that it had me in tears. The Doc made it better after only a couple of treatments, and even offered me a water pillow that I still use to this day. I meant to write them a review long ago but spaced it. I recently had to go back for some issues with some spinal pain and they're just as wonderful as ever. They took care of me and were so accommodating. Best DC you will ever find in the area, I would give 6 stars if I could! Been coming here for over half a year because I had chronic hip and back issues and Dr. Wu has always been very friendly and giving me very effective treatment and relief. I normally don't care to write reviews for anything but this time it feels wrong if I didn't. I've been living with neck pain for about a decade now. In 2006 I got diagnosed with bulging discs on my c4 and c5 spine. I just tried to tolerate the pain and lived with it. In 2011, I landed on my head during BJJ practice and ever since then, my neck felt stuck and just didn't feel right. Dr. Jimmy Wu is a highly caring and competent medical professional. I can honestly say that the patient comes first with Dr. Wu. He is versatile and capable of treating many different ailments related to joint and muscle pain caused by injury or plain old wear and tear. Whether it be a sprained ankle, knee, wrist, shoulder, neck etc., the doc is on it. As an older tri-athlete, I have been more prone to injury, but Dr. Wu has done his best to put me back together. Further, he is well-versed with several types of supplements and their physiological effects on the body and can therefore make suitable recommendations to improve his patients' health and well-being. Dr. Wu will go out of his way for his patients, accomodating busy work schedules and even conducting extended therapeutic sessions. Dr. Jimmy Wu and his wife Helen are such amazing people! I found them on yelp a little over a year ago when I was in search of a chiropractor. I went to get an evaluation from another chiropractor that only saw me as a dollar sign $_$ and not much else, but here at Dr. Wu's office they treat you like family. They take care of all my aches and pains. Dr. Wu searches out all the knots and aches on my back like a heat seeking missile and destroys each one he finds with his gadgets and magical hands!
