I brought my dad over to Dr. Pham after he complained of being unable to sleep at all despite taking painkillers due to his constant back pain. At the first visit, he was able to quickly identify and address the root cause of my dad's back pain with some spinal adjustments and massages within the first few minutes. Immediately afterwards my dad felt worlds better than he did a few days prior. Dr. Phan even helped to alleviate some of the symptoms exacerbating my dad's back pain to prevent his back pain from worsening or returning. Throughout this entire process, he provided an in-depth explanation of the cause and effects of the back pain alongside using comparisons to help my dad better understand what was going on. It was especially thoughtful of him to give my dad some stretches and strengthening exercises to do at home between visits to hasten his recovery. He even suggested a dietary change that did have a noticeable effect on his recovery period and level of activity. Surprisingly, on the second visit, an off-hand comment about my dad's leg length discrepancy of 1/2 cm that he's apparently had for half his life put Dr. Phan into gear. With another lightning fast diagnose and a few adjustments, he brought my dad's hip bones back into neutral alignment with his spine which also fixed his leg length discrepancy! Also found out that this leg length discrepancy definitely contributed to his eventual back pain. Overall, he's very knowledgeable, experienced, friendly, and professional! I was experiencing issues with my calf. Urgent care only directed to me to my primary. My primary prescribed ibuprofen and gave me a referral for MRI and Ortho, both over 2 weeks out. In extreme discomfort I decided to see if a chiropractor could help. Upon arrival, he had me bend and flex to really investigate what muscle was causing discomfort. After really addressing the trouble area with massage, showing me some daily stretches, and attaching some electric pads that made my calf muscles twitch, I walked out in MUCH better shape, and peace of mind. Came here on a Monday night to get my lower back treated. I was referred here by my brother and decided to give it a shot. I called the office in the morning and Dr. Phan answered. Fortunately, he had availability the same day. The office is located in an industrial area, so it can be easy to miss the office if you're driving to it at night like I did. Once I got in, I was greeted by Dr. Phan and completed some paperwork. After that, I was brought into a room where Dr. Phan gave me a consultation. I told him what happened to me and where I was having pain. The scary part was that he diagnosed me in less than a minute. All the symptoms I had, he called it out. All the normal activities I couldn't do, he called it out. I was shocked. He gave me advice on how to treat my bulging disk at home. He told me what I could do, what I shouldn't do, and made everything very simple to understand. The actual treatment I had was some deep stretching, electric stimulation on my lower back, and then I laid on a heated bed that had a ball running down my spine that gradually pushed the disk back to place. It hurt, but I knew it was working. I'm very happy with my treatment and my experience with Dr. Phan. He's helpful, affordable, and easy to talk to. I'll definitely be back! read more

Went to see Dr. Phan and his staff for some lower back pain. He had his massage therapist "Navi" do a deep tissue massage on me. She was very nice, and explained what she was going to do from the start. After a deep tissue massage, she explained the areas that needed to be massaged in order to help get rid of my pain. I felt my muscles relaxing during the massage, and felt a lot better when she was done. Great service. Dr. David Phan is a miracle worker. If you are in pain, go here. I slept on two memory foam pillows on the side of my neck. Woke up with pain. Could not move my head any direction without pain. Ibprofphen sort of worked, but I still felt pain. I don't want to take pills forever. My coworker recommended Dr. David Phan and how great it was. Got a appointment next day after I called in. After the first session, more ease of movement and less pain. I could sleep. It was about three days of no sleep. After the second session, no pain. Just fatigue. Which is just sweet slumber. Dr. Phan told me I would only need two session as I am recovering quickly and if there are any other problems to give him a call. I was expecting 10 or sessions. I went to urgent care and they prescribed me Motrin and steroids. Not really looking for that type of temporary relief.
