I went in for troubleshooting on an issue and they ended up taking 3 hrs on it and charging me for labor and a new part I didnt even ask for. $600 gone and they had the nerve to tell me that there was a new issue after they worked on it but it was small and I'd be good. Two words...catalytic converter. If you are like me and went to start your car in the parking lot only to find it now sounds like a motorcycle starting up you too have found yourself to be a victim of a stolen catalytic converter. Jerry was fantastic and was able to get me scheduled for the fix within two days of calling. My repair was done faster than expected and they made it easy on me by working with my insurance adjuster. Spent over 5 grand and almost all of the work has been redone by other automotive shops because the work done at jimmys was half assed. Brand new crankshaft fubar after 1 week because of loose bolts on the harmonic balancer and since i had to provide the crankshaft myself the work to replace is not covered so another 2 grand for another crankshaft removal and install don't waste your money here they aren't what they used to be. read more

Back in 2009, Jimmy built me a custom, duel exhaust set up and headers for my 2006 GMC Sierra. Added a ton of performance, gas mileage, and awesome sound. In 2016, one of the performance cats he installed was acting up, and I needed to smog my truck. Dropped in without an appointment, Jimmy remembered my set up, and swap'd out the cat at no charge, and while I waited. I recommend this shop 100%. What speaks better than 5 stars? Jimmy personally worked on my truck. Customer service was outstanding. I was involved in the whole process, unlike other shops where they won't let you anywhere near the garage. He talked to me while he was working, and explained what he was doing, and never got irritated with my questions. I have gotten work done at many shops, and I felt welcome I this one. Complete waste of time. Went in for a quote to modify my exhaust. The mechanic told me the job would be about $120 if I took it off and brought them in. I did just that and when I returned another mechanic in the shop said that it would be over $160 and that I should have the work done somewhere else since this would be too difficult. Not sure what their deal is, I ended up going to another muffler shop down the street and having the modification done for $100 bucks. In the end I am glad this happened because I found a much better shop for exhaust work. read more

I have called and talked with them twice to see about getting work done on two different cars. The individual I spoke with both times was unpleasant and rude. Not sure if they do good work because I couldn't find myself setting up an appointment just because of the rude manner in which I was treated. This last time I had called and stated I had already purchased the muffler on line specifically for my car, the price he quoted me to install it seemed high, when I asked why it was so high he said, "well your not installing it yourself are you" so I guess that means your not suppose to ask questions. Anyway, hope they work out better for others who go there, they seem to have a lot of good comments, just maybe this guy was having a bad day or something the days I called. read more

They did okay service for basic things at a good price but I've brought my vehicle in twice to get a quote and both times they couldn't figure out the problem. I was charged an outrageous diagnostic fee. I tried to use the online coupon and the owner said he had no idea about any coupons... which are on his site. When I got home I was upset when I went to their website and saw the coupon for $10 off of any work done over $50. The diagnosis was exactly verbatim what I told the owner going into the shop. The solution wasn't given other than replace the engine. Which wasn't the problem. The approach of get a new engine because it requires less thinking is not an customer driven business mindset. That leads me to not use this shop for future work. I do have to say I noticed the welder guy is very talented. I wanted to use them even if I had to pay more because I support local business... but now I know not to support bad business. They were very hospitable and kind but the work and bill speak for the business itself. I do have a family member who had some work done there and that is the reason I went with them initially. I wanted so badly for them to work out. I was let down both times. So fair warning if you have serious issues look for a better shop that has the knowledge base. Every issue that arose with my vehicle was looked up in their repair manual service that they pay for. So basically that showed me they have no idea and had to see on online manual for instructions on diagnosis. Also this happened months ago. So it's not like I just left their upset jumped on my computer and started to bash them. read more
