Since the first time I gave Nick, Chris and his crew a ring to get some help with some issues (that became major), I've been treated with respect and they have shown some true customer service. So Nick and the team did it AGAIN , I have had work done on my 08 Toyota Tundra twice in one month, the first experience was so positive that' I had it back last week to install a lift level kit " shocks/Struts on it . I had purchased the kit from the manufacturer and his part was to install it .Well let's just say that the supplier was not as efficient and organized as Flat 4 . Parts were for another vehicle the second shipment had missing parts ect . Finally got all the right stuff and they installed it .Truck looks great performs better than when new ! Limped into their lot towing a travel trailer with wife and kids on board while en route to the ocean for a weekend camping trip. Spoke with owner/operator Nick and Shawn who quickly located the issue. At that time their bays were full and all their employees were busy at work. I was initially doubtful if they would be able to address the issue with my truck any time soon due to the volume of work their employees were focused on. To my surprise Nick immediately got on the phone, ordered the part needed and had it delivered within a very short period of time. Nick and Shawn both worked together getting my truck up, running, and back on the road in just over two hours after I initially pulled into their lot. The trip to the ocean is an annual Mother's Day tradition with my family, and I was fearful we would have to cancel or postpone it due to the issues with my truck. My family and I are very grateful to the professionalism and quality of work Nick and his employees provided us. I believe if we had encountered the same situation and dealt with another business, they would have been hard pressed to have met the level of service Flat 4 Automotive showed us, let alone get us back on the road in just over two hours. Great and courteous service! I had a nagging brake problem that I expected to pay a big price to fix. I pulled in without an appointment, they immediately checked the brakes and told me the pads were good all around. They found the problems (a broken connection) and fixed it without charge. It was Friday afternoon when the Owl van broke down near Castle Rock, WA. Every mechanic shop in the countryside was about to close down for the weekend, and that doesn't work when you're a touring band with gigs to make. We had to get to Olympia, so we had the van towed to a shop I randomly found on the internet, a shop that would be open at 8am on Saturday morning. Bright and early the next day, i went in and met Nick, who was friendly, very helpful, and diagnosed the problem quickly. The whole ordeal was finished within a matter of hours, and for a very reasonable price. Had an excellent experience with Flat 4 Automotive. My wife's Jeep needed a quick wiper fluid line repair that I didn't have the experience or tools to do, namely because the inner hood cover was attached and we were tearing at it. The worker greeted us when we came in and gave us a quick $50 estimate. We had a few errands to run and by the time we were done the Jeep was ready. We were only charged $35 for the service. I then asked about my Hyundai Elantra battery, my car had to be jumped three times this past week. The worker said he'd take a look, so we went off again, this time for a coffee downtown. We got a call an hour later that the battery was working just fine and that they charged the battery for the hour. No payment necessary! read more

I have always changed the oil myself in my 31 year old Camry with over 308k miles. When we downsized this option was no longer available. So I had the oil and new oil filter and just wanted a basis oil change. Went to a Jiffy Lube with all the materials first and they said it would cost $53 plus tax. Ridiculous I said. Then I went to Flat 4 Automotive and was able to get in right away for a charge of $20 plus tax.
