Last week I got a full set of acrylic nails done, only for one of the nails to fall off just 3 days later. I called and they were able to fix the nail with no issue. But yesterday, yet another nail has fallen off. I called and explained to the owner how this is the 2nd nail in 10 days that has fallen off and that I would like this one fixed as well. He initially played dumb as if he couldn't hear me, put me on hold, then hung up on me. I tried calling back but the phone was off the hook for 30 minutes. When I was finally able to get through, I explained the situation yet again, and the owner hung up on me again then blocked me. I know I've been blocked because I called from another number and it went through. If the owner had given me the time of day, he would know that I was even willing to pay for this 2nd nail to be fixed (even though I don't think I should have to since it's been only 10 days since I got my full set done). I'm extremely disappointed and no longer recommend this salon at all.

While small, BB has everything you need for a beautiful mani or pedi in a cozy, friendly environment. I booked online, which wasn't ideal, I have now found it's easier to just call the salon to schedule your appointment - no problem at all. I had an old dip mani on so I had it removed by I believe Olga. She did a great job cleaning up my nails and prepping them for new dip. Fany did my manicure which included the shaping, dip, and mani. I think they came out great! The shape is exactly what I asked for. The dip was not too thick, but also held up well - and I am a savage on my poor nails! My last salon did a beautiful job but they never held up against my day to day abuse : I unfortunately caught my thumb in a drawer, like the animal I am apparently haha and did some damage. They were able to accommodate my schedule so well and Fany was able to patch me up. I was in and out quickly - even though the salon was busy. They did a great job handling all of us. I think folks may be sleeping on this salon. I'm glad I took the chance and I think I've found my new salon. Thank you ladies!

The salon is clean and bright, and they have a great selection of colors to choose from (including OPI and Cre8tion, which I have found to be the best for my nails, in regular, gel, and dip). I had Jessi as my technician, and she did a really wonderful job with the mess to which I presented to her. 1) My toenails were overdue for a pedicure by 2.5 months. It's not that I hadn't cut them in several months, but they were still way too long, the cuticles were a disaster, and the polish was growing out in a very unattractive fashion. Bless her for making my toenails presentable again. 2) Mid-November all my fingernails decided to break way down on the nail bed. I've been (sort of) patiently waiting for all the breaks to grow out to the surface, which is to say I arrived with all my nails in different versions of too-short, different shapes, a couple barely there at all. When Jessi was done with my fingernails, it looked like I had intentionally chosen to have them exactly that length. I was so impressed. I plan to go to this salon for the foreseeable future.
