They don't understand what "no cheese" means for their pasta, which they specifically state can be ordered with or without cheese. After telling them twice that the spaghetti was not supposed to have cheese on it, they proceeded to put cheese on it. I am lactose intolerant, so this is a medical issue for me. The staff at Jimmy's Pizza do not care about their customers or the health issues triggered by their foods and mistakes. I will no longer be eating at or ordering from Jimmy's Pizza ever again, and will be warning all of my friends and co-workers against doing so. read more

While in Connecticut for at Thompson Speedway we decided to venture out for food. Checked out yelp and decided on Jimmys. Well as a native Long Island NY girl I couldn't be happier with the eggplant pizza and plain cheese pizza we ordered. If I didn't know better I would think I was home. Absolutely terrible. My husband and i have ordered grinders from them and its always been up and down never great. I ordered the mozzarella sticks and buffallo chicken wings bone in. When ordering I asked for wings to be cooked well done. When I got home and opened up my food, the wings were fatty, soggy, didn't even look like wings! They had absolutely no flavor, We couldnt eat them! The mozzarella sticks were soggy and cold. Food was poor for the price. would not order again! read more

Was visiting a friend for the weekend and we were running around doing errands and were STARVING, so she said hey I will call in an order to Jimmy's and we can pick it up well turns out we were closer than we thought so we got there about 5 minutes after calling in an order. We walk in and decided to sit to wait for our order of a large cheese pizza and a greek salad with chicken, 5 minutes later our order came out and since it wasn't boxed we said ok we will just eat here. The Pizza was delicious and perfectly melty cheesy goodness, but the Highlight was definitely the Grilled Chicken on the greek salad it has just the perfect amount of spices and tender juiciness. HORNDOGS!!! 0 RATING. Went to this place with my family, which includes my beautiful woman. These men, 3 of them, kept gawking at her in in a most uncomfortable way. I did not know of how much they've done it, except for the one time she told me at first. I thought it had stopped there, but she told me after how uncomfortable it was, how "grimey" the looks were that they gave her. She has a beautiful frame, and these men kept disrespecting our family by staring at her rear end. They made her feel uncomfortable enough that we are still talking about it. Food was decent, pepperoni pizza was way too greasy, sub lacked enough meat, sauce, and the sub roll was not anything to write home about. Pizza crust was good and wings were normal level good. But.....if you don't want to have your meal, or day ruined, and have beautiful woman feel like she walked into a dark alley with perverts, then don't go here. They even tried getting a closer look, thought they were slick, but being a man I knew what they were doing pretending to put things away, and another guy so called watching the other guy put those things away....I even heard them make a little comment...and a face, agreeing on how nice my woman and her rear end was. Just disgusting pervert behavior...with a total lack of respect. The guy at the counter was even checking her out while she walked away and I was right there.... All I can think about is how I should have just disregarded the fact that there were women and kids with me and let them know that they were being disrespectful (in the same manner they were giving the disrespect), and we would never come back to that establishment. Calzones are really good. But I have had a bad experience with them. I ordered for pick up on phone and asked the price, and when I went In to pick up my food the guy told me another price that was higher than what I was told on the phone. When I call him out for it he admitted that I was right and that he was trying to take some extra money from me. Wasn't cool. And will not be going back. Watch out for that. read more

The best high quality Pizza which I had ever! I just moved to this town and I still try the restaurants which around the town so this was the first time to try Jimmy's Pizza in fact this is the first time to write a review for Pizza restaurant because always all the same but this time I really surprised when I got my order so I definitely decided to write it! In the first I called them to make my order and when they knew that was my first time to try this Pizza so they gave me a really good discount for my order, and they was very friendly too. The big surprise is when I got my Pizza, it was amazing, it's perfect for everything, the pizza crust, topping, and the taste it is really different, it was the best Pizza I had it ever, I tried two kind of Pizza the Garlic Shrimp and grilled chicken with pineapple and bacon and actually they makes me want to try the all kinds which they have!! This was the shittiest of the shittiest pizza place I have ever been too...me and my family went here and were repulsed by the low quality ingredients and poor customer service no place to use restroom and very outdated and dingy looking I would even let my half dead dog eat here if it was free to the homeless I would refuse to eat here again and the man who I believe owns the restaurant sat and stared at my wife until she was so uncomfortable that we had to leave I was so infuriated I was ready to flip out but I chose not to make a scene and disrespect the other customers well the only guy that was there and I believe he was a delivery man that was thinking of quitting his job not only that but there was a gas leak in the place and we all smelled natural gas that was so strong it started making us nauseous and feeling sick we give this place zero stars and most likely a call to the board of health from the conditions we were forced to eat through it was absolutely the worst food ever please save your money and get a frozen pizza and save your time from being creeped out and ripped off read more

I have never before written a review on yelp. However, a friend pointed out the negative review written by Sassads Z which was more than untrue. The moniker "Sassads" makes me believe this was placed by someone intent on spreading misinformation. Just look at the name it (yes I said it not he or she) uses - "Sass" as in Sassy and "ads" as in advertisements. Come on, Let's get real. This type of behavior, spreading lies and anonymously calling someone a "piece of shit" is disgusting. It's time to set the record straight. The people at Jimmy's are very friendly, welcoming and warm. The food is reasonably priced, well prepared and delicious. I particularly enjoy the pizza as well as the fish & chips. Each of us has a unique palate so no restaurant can ever please everyone. I've lived in Dudley for the past 18 years and have tried many of the local pizza places, and Jimmy's is the best by far. Not only is the pizza great, they also have a great selection of sandwiches, one being my son's favorite, the crispy chicken ceasar wrap. We've gone here on and off for the past dozen years. Always remembered it as pretty good, especially the subs. Since we can never make up our minds we usually get a small pizza and a small sub, then have some of each. Until this past weekend we had been there maybe five months ago. Last Saturday was our last time. The pizza dough was hard and dry. I asked Himself if the pizza had been sitting on top the oven keeping warm before he got there; he said he had to wait because it wasn't done. Hmmm, something is missing then. It was like three-day-old bread. The chicken parm sub was toasty but there was almost nothing inside. It had a tiny bit of sauce, a little cheese and maybe an almost-cutlet of chicken. To add insult to injury the guy I ordered from couldn't add. He asked if I wanted to know the exact amount for the $7.75 pizza and $6.99 sub plus tax. I said OK but then started to add on my calculator. I had the sum of $15.77 before he came back with "that will be exactly $16.00". HUH? When I questioned his figure by rebutting with my own number he said "no, it's exactly $16". Went ahead with the order anyway (we were hungry!) and Himself was told the same total when he went to pick the items up. Believe me, the food was not worth the 23 cent tip. We ended up at Sturbridge Uno's tonight because we still had wanted GOOD pizza (and boy was it!). Won't be visiting Jimmy's again. read more

Their sandwiches and salads are big and fresh. Try a sandwich on their home made pita, much thicker than the usual pita. My favorite is the chicken salad salad. A little redundant but great. Yes, they do round off the prices, but I usually make out better than the menu. read more

So I have never actually set foot in the restaurant, so this is strictly based on the delivery. I have to say, with all the options in and around town for basically pizza and sangies, hands down the place to go. I have ordered from there probably around a dozen times now. Although sometimes they can have quite the delivery time (has been over an hour a few times which keeps them from the allusive 5 stars), I choose Jimmy's. Especially later in the evening and on a Monday when most other places are closed, they're open and ready to go. They are always polite when they answer the phone and I don't remember them ever getting my order wrong. It sounds stupid, but when you ask someone to lightly toast a sandwich and not turn it into a crusty, flaky, unpalatable moon rock and they do it right, that's huge for me! Pizza is amazing...get the Nick - light sauce, extra cheese, double hamburg and bacon... Holy Baby Jesus it is so good! Even the next day when you nuke it for a minute and then throw it in the toaster for another couple, it comes out perfect again! Anyways, I could go on and on, but I think you get the hint.
