I initially met Mike and he did a thorough exam of my car along with photos. He worked up the estimate (6,200$) and said it would take about 21 days. I couldn't get it in for a couple weeks. I dropped it off the morning of my appt. He called every few days to keep me updated on the progress. I also received texts with updates when it went from body to paint and estimated completion date. They finished up a couple days later than promised but due to the holidays (my appt drop off was Dec 21), and weather, it was understandable. Once I picked it up he took me to my car and summarized the repairs. And as a final touch, they washed the car prior to pickup. The lady working the front desk was very friendly and professional as well. They are first rate!!

Stopped in this beautiful outdoor store and purchased a pair of shoes from the sale rack(less that 20% off the list price. Took the shoes home and walked around on the wall to wall carpet at home for a few hours only to realized that they did not fit. We live 75 miles away from the store so I was not able to return immediately but was back to the store return in hand within a few days. Upon presenting my return I was told my return grace period had run out the previous day, one day late. I made mention of my distance from the store and showed that they were never worn on the street. After what seemed like a jury trial the clerk finally did agree to my refund, but what a tooth pulling episode. I do not do business with places that drag you through the mud before then admitting that the customer is right. Where did they get their training at a car dealer lot? I have purchased thousands of dollars of outdoor gear, clothing and bicycles, but none have come or will ever come from this stingy gyp of a place! If you treat your customers as an investment in the future you will have one, if not you will circle the drain and go out of business. I just won't return for any more of this shoddy treatment from this place. TOO BAD THEY HAVE A REALLY NICE STORE WITH QUALITY PRODUCTS.
