We've been going there off and on for past 7 years. Love the salad bar and you must try the hogwild or chicken-bacon-ranch pizza.

Excellent Affordable Italian food! Me and my family each ordered different items but I sampled them all. I had cavatella with hamburger, green peppers onions and pepoeroni. One son ordered meatball sub, one son ordered deep dish pizza Hawg wild and hubby ordered all you can eat salad bar. All three of the tomatoes sauces were a bit different and yummy. My pasta dish with large beer was less than $10. We brought 1/2 meatball sub and about 1/3 of pizza back to hotel to munch on later. Service was good. read more

Yesterday i ordered a small pizza to go on the website. They texted me to say it was done. When i arrived, i found out it wasn't actually finished and it would be an additional 20 mins. For a small pizza. I had to go to work, so my bf went back to pick it up. Once he came back to restaurant, the girl at the counter said she accidentally gave my food away. I asked for a refund and my bf told me they complied. Except they didn't. The girl called me back as I was passing medications at my job and said that I had to call the hosting site that processes their online orders to ask for a refund, which is the dumbest thing I ever heard. The manager was in the bathroom and could not come to the phone. No one called me back. Hopefully that person had enough time to wash their hands before they got back to the floor since they didn't have time to call me back. This is the third time I have received poor service and apparently i paid for it. Needless to say, I won't be returning. read more

If you want the best damn cheesy bread of your life...try the Cantrell location! But everything else here really is wonderful. My only gripe is that they sometimes are out of spinach or black olives, but I do get that those aren't very popular toppings. The pizza is heavenly, the wings are excellent, the location is huge, full bar and has a game room for kids. There are daily specials and a good lunch special as well as a very reasonable (and delicious) Build Your Own Pizza option for mini, 1 person pizzas all the way to extra large. Even their ranch dressing is great! Their cheesy bread is okay, but I swear they put a half pound of cheese on it at the Cantrell location. read more

Yummy pasta & pizza. We are staying at the Holiday Inn Express across the street. This pizza restaurant is a sports bar with several big screen TVs & video games. The upolstery is worn. I ordered vegetarian pasta with house side salad. The salad was fresh & excellent. The house made Balsalmic Vinegarette was very good. My pasta small order was sufficient serving size. I really enjoyed it. My dinner partner had thin crust pizza. He said it was very good. If I lived in this area, I would make this a regular haunt. read more

Very inconsistent with the pizzas. Sometimes they're great, but more often they skimp on toppings and cheese. The pizzas are far too expensive to skimp on anything. They also do not pay attention to the orders. We order extra cheese every time on a pizza that already comes with extra cheese and they never get it right. So, again tonight, I am waiting for the pizzas to be remade. It was nonexistent cheese to the extent that a could see the tomato sauce topping. To make matters worse, they offer no consolation for the time wasted for them to remake more pizzas. Management says the cooks make the pizzas different. Perhaps the cooks should be trained on how to properly make them. read more

It's the place to go for pizza in Maumelle ask for Crystal. She is a great bartender and always smiling when she see's my wife and I.

Excellent pizza place! We are from Missouri but anytime we are in Arkansas we stop at a Jim's Razorback Pizza. The pizza and service are always exceptional. The salad bar is always fresh and they have the best homemade ranch dressing. We love thin crust pizza and theirs is the best! read more

Great pizza. Friendly and helpful service even when we arrived within the hour of closing! Made us feel welcomed. Salad bar was basic but all ingredients were fresh. They offered to bring any ingredient I wanted if I didn't see it on the salad bar! Highly recommend this restaurant. Shirley is fun and welcoming!! read more

Try the hot wings. They are dry rubbed, baked and delicious. I recommend the razorback sticks wit cheese over the pizza.

We have been going to Jim's for several years. The Maumelle location has been our go to place for games and gathering of friends and they are become part of our circle. The service and food are excellent but the best part is how they make us feel welcomed each time. Food is great! The salad bar is the best in Maumelle! My family and I eat here often! Love the game room, it keeps the kids occupied. The waitresses have always been welcoming and tend to remember what we ordered the last time we were there. I brought my four kids in for lunch today and received the absolute worst service ever!!! It took them forever to take our drink order and food order. They never brought me a salad bowl for the salad bar or silverware. I had to go up to the counter to get it myself. Once we got our pizza it wasn't even hot, it had been sitting on the counter for five+ minutes before anyone brought it to us. Never once did any of the three waitresses come by to check on us or refill our drinks. When they finally brought our ticket I put my credit car in it and it sat there for 10 minutes before I decided to go up to the counter and pay there since obviously they weren't going to come get it. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes before anyone came to take my money. When I signed the receipt I put a big ZERO underneath tip and wrote on the receipt WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!! I was furious that I just spent 30 bucks on our lunch and received service and food that was not good in the least bit!!! read more

Best pizza in central Arkansas hands down! Their traditional thin crust is amazing to the tastebuds. They have a wide variety of toppings and specialty pizzas which will pretty much appeal to everyone! Whether you like plane pepperoni or a supreme you'll definitely taste the difference between theirs and other pizza restaurants. The ingredients are so fresh! There's also a great salad bar, that's kept fresh daily. There's a few different menu items as well if you don't feel like eating pizza. Grab a beer with your pizza from the full bar, they have a wide selection and they even have different alcohol and beer specials. Not to mention all the tv's in this place. The kids can go play games in the game room, there's a pool room next to the bar, and two patios to eat, lounge, and smoke.
