After speaking with Fabiano, the new owner, I immediately felt confident I was in the right place. He took the time to walk me through a wide range of color options and finishes, which really helped me dial in the exact shade I was looking for. Once I chose the color and clear coat, he ordered everything exactly as requested. The turnaround time was incredibly fast, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. I tried to fill the air, but wasn't able to. I also couldn't get an appointment with my car dealer till next week. I drove out to Town Fair and told the desk person my issue, he immediately told me drive around to the back he would have someone help. I did and the gentleman was waiting with a young man from the service department. He tried to fill, had an issue, went and got a different valve and poof, filled and on my way! No cost (I did tip the kid), fast kind and efficient. It is my second time I went there and I feel that they are very customer centric, even if they don't make a profit.

BTS has almost always let me come in the same day and always fixed the punctures promptly. Once, they accidentally scratched one of my rims while doing the work, and because it was raining that day, I didn't notice it until a few days later. However, when I stopped by to ask them to repair/replace it, they took a look and immediately offered to replace the (rather expensive) rim with no pushback whatsoever. 5 stars for a shop that stands behind their work!
