I have never had anything but bad experiences using body shops, but my wife found these guys and they were fantastic. Mario was polite, professional, and far more helpful than anyone I've ever dealt with at any sort of auto shop. The folks at State took care of everything flawlessly, dealt directly with the insurance company on everything, handled my wife's car being totaled out, and kept me informed on the progress of my car's repairs every step of the way. I got my 10 year old car back looking almost as good as the day I drove it off the lot. I hope it's quite a while before I need a body shop again but I can't imagine bringing my cars anywhere but State Auto Body.

She was friendly and courteous, and helped me navigate scheduling everything and made me much less anxious about it all - and I am an anxious person. The thought of getting a car in for repair, waiting for it, possibly having to buy a new car, it was all a lot. When you get great customer service and deal with an excellent employee it makes it seem a bit easier. TBH my car ended up being totaled - so I didn't need their services for repair. But - when I dropped my car off I got these emails with updates and an estimate of the cost almost immediately. I did not want to fix what I thought to be minor damage using my insurance. Mike, after looking at my vehicle told me there was frame damage which was odd because the door was barely dented. Anyway, he asked me to leave the car with him so I did. After a week I wanted to pick the vehicle up because he wasn't returning my calls. I show up to get my vehicle and he gives me a song and a dance about him not calling back. I said, no problem, I'm going to take the car some place else. He was very adamant I didn't do that. I explained to him ive got someone standing by to do the job and its not a big job. When i first met mike he said there may be frame damage hed have to look to be sure. Every time I drove the car after the damage it drove strait as an arrow and didn't seem damaged at all. He even asked me if the car "pulled" the day I met him. I told him no, it did not and how does a frame get damaged by my son riding his bike and crashing into my door? I get my car and drive away and it won't stay strait pulling so hard to the right. I go to the shop I decided to use for the minor repair with barely a dent on the right rear door and the mechanic looks at the frame. He told me based on what he had observed, it appeared that someone had hooked the car up to a frame machine and bent the frame what seemed intentionally. I immediately figured out why mike was so adamant about 1. Me leaving my car and 2. Me using my insurance. Bad man running that shop. He seems to me to be a thief and a con man. Buyers beware.
