We came here on a weekend night and honestly it seems like the massages are hit and miss. While my partner loved his massage and thought that the pressure points and deep tissue massage was great and worth the money, I was far less impressed with my massage. She kept saying my shoulders were tight without actually trying to get the knots out and barely applying any pressure. Instead, during the massage she tried to upgrade my massage to include cupping, which would have been an extra $40 according to the sign. I was far from amused since the massage had already been lacking and so I wasn't trying to get more upgrades for a massage I already was not enjoying. We got a combination massage and so it started off in the front room with a nice foot soak. However, the room is bright and not dimmed and they don't cover your eyes so it's not as relaxing as it could be. Probably one of the best massage I've got in my life! Went with my boyfriend at did the 30 minute foot massage + 30 minute body massage for 65 dollars. I have to say that they probably did more than 30 minutes on each massage. Of course there are things about the place that could improve, like the light or whatever. The massage chairs smell and the constant opening and closing of doors whilst getting a massage causes a privacy issue! keep all you need in the massage room to avoid constantly interrupting the session! Very unprofessional. No privacy what so ever. The owner did my massage and she kept being interrupted by her employees. Every time they came in they left the door open while I'm in my underwear. She left several times to attend customers in front and even came back and talked to someone on speaker phone while she did my massage. I didn't enjoy being stepped on. I wish she would've told me that was apart of the massage. The restroom was dirty and when I left she chased me down the stairs and had the audacity to ask me for a tip. It was ok. I enjoyed the massage itself even though she was very rough. I didn't like that the therapists received two phone calls during the massage and someone came in the room while we were in there to ask a question. You don't do that. I didn't realize that during this massage she would be exposing my behind and honestly it was uncomfortable. Then I think they tried to get us to go for a full hour in the beginning which is $110. I went there for massage to try out. Overall the massage is OK. However, in between the massage, the lady requested me to have one and a half hour session as she mentioned that I have a serious problem. For one hour massage, it cost $65 , however she said that for another 30 min she will charge $45 extra with a total of $110. Fortunately I do not agree as I think there is a math problem here. Went in for a 30min foot massage, the Massage Therapist, Anna, does have a pair of good and warm hands that make me very relaxed and soothing. I also did the Chinese cupping, which is suggested by her. It was a fun and pleasant experience. Highly recommended. read more

I've been here a handful of times over the past 2 years. The staff is very friendly. I'm typically able to walk right in and get a foot massage - 30 minutes for $30. They start with a facial and neck massage while soaking your feet. Then onto a deep foot massage. Always a nice treat! read more

I came to relax and get a nice massage and that's what I received. The lady was very nice and asked very often if the massage felt nice or if it hurt or not. I really enjoyed the massage and will be back. Nice bonus, was the table shower. Never heard of one, but she threw one in for a few extra bucks. The only downside was the table shower's hot water got cold about half way through. Another issue with the massage was she was doing an extremely deep and hard massage and that's not my style. When she asked if it was alright I told her to go softer and she insisted I needed a hard one because of how tight I was. Once I told her again to go softer it became magical! read more

My friend and I visited China Town from out of town. We walked into the spa and was greeted by Michelle who was friendly, professional, and communicated clearly about the different options they had. During my session, Julie was receptive to my wants and needs about pressure and sore areas. The warm stone massage was new to me and it was a nice touch. massage was good however the service at the front was terrible. conditions of the room itself looked worn. when it came time to pay they badgered me to pay cash when all i had was a debit card. they have a machine for credit cards, they are just greedy. she thought she was scaring be by telling me there is a $6 charge to process it. also upset that i tipped in the card as well(30%). i look at my online statement this morning and see they charged me twice. to top it off they have the nerve to tell me to bring cash next time. there will be no next time. read more

The therapist was friendly, accommodating, and professional. I myself have med and oriental massage background and I can concur that this is real deal. The hand maneuver is to the right point with right pressure. I was totally refreshed after one hour session with hot stone and towels. And it's ONLY $65! We were really looking forward to our foot massages after dim sum brunch. The owner greeted us and said, do you want foot massage for $50/hr or do you want to split the time with half foot, half back Massage, not telling us that there would be a $15 up charge per person. We said we'd split the time. The four of us went into the side room adjacent to the entrance and 2 women came in to start. My two friends had to wait for the other 2 women. While they were massaging our feet the women were talking softly and giggling. We wanted quiet and relaxation. Customers would come in and talk loudly. It was hard to relax. Then they took us into a private room and didn't say anything. Should we get on the table with our clothes on or off? It was weird. When we went to pay the owner was nowhere to be found. The price went from $50 to $65 an hour with a $3 per person up charge for using a credit card, even though it was one transaction for 2 people plus a tip. We will not be back!- read more

I have experienced numerous of reflexology massages in the past from different places. This was my boyfriend's 2nd experience receiving a massage and I was hoping that it would be better from his previous one. I would have to say this is the worst of my experiences. It's outdated and the service was disrupting. I disliked the fact that I was woken up from my foot massage to go to a room for my back massage. The staff was very inconsiderate on maintaining peace and quiet during a massage because I can hear the noise from down stairs, staff singing, and typing on the laptop. There is no tranquility whatsoever! At the end, The staff that checked me out gave me an attitude for giving her a credit card and not cash. She stated that there is an extra $3 charge for each customer for using the card. Normally it's a charge per transaction not person. I looked around and there was not a sign that says that. Then she demanded that I give each person a $10 tip. I was very upset and will never go there again. read more
