The experience started off horribly with the woman (also a masseuse) at the front desk. No, "Hello or Welcome, just a "Shhhh, you are loud, calm down and a do you have an appointment?" The constant attitude from the employee to the point where she was shaking her head when I forgot to give the pen back and demanded it in an unmannerly way. At the end of my massage, I wanted to tip for both my mom and I so, I asked another masseuse (Judy) if she could change a bill for me so I can personally give the masseuses who helped us half/half. She looked at the bill (unsatisfied), said she would give my masseuse her part, and dismissed me with a "shoo shoo" hand gesture. I did not get a simple "thank you, have a nice day, see you next time." She made it very apparent that she was not satisfied with the tip and wanted me to leave. I was totally taken back by her rude reaction. The customer service definitely ruined the experience and I would definitely not come here again. The "60 Min Foot Massage" which clearly showed a "$20" was covered with a piece of paper that said "25" and taped on. *sketch* We were asked to pay before hand (FYI, they charge 1 dollar for the use of a credit card). During the appointment, everything went well, the women attending us were great at there job and found our troubled spots without having to tell them anything. After the appointment, the 2 women who attended us, 1 man masseuse, and the cashier (I assume) were out there waiting for us after we got dressed. The cashier, offered us a cup of water which I rejected but my family member accepted. - Out of respect (not regular massage service goers) we chose to not tip. However, as soon as the cashier saw us heading for the door, she strongly stated that we "have to tip". When my relative was going to give a few dollars, she said the tips must be a "minimum of $5" each. *i was irritated* My cousin then payed the $10 dollars.
