I didn't get lucky on that day and felt a that my massage therapist was a little angry and also used so much oil which left my body super oily and I needed to ask for extra towel to wipe myself. Also we've added a host stones during booking a massage but they've forgot about. But at list they've issued us a refund for forgetting to add host stones. Service: Customized Facial Unfortunately, from my experience with other places, I did not find this to be worth the $85 groupon. I purchased the customized facial but was not asked by the esthetician what my corners were not skin type. She cleansed my face with a standard Eminence cleanser, set me under the steamer and then proceeded with a 40 minutes face massage with an oil used for both my face & upper shoulder area. After that there was a Eminence mask and then cleansing with a wet cloth. I didn't see not feel much of a difference after (will wait a week for results) Overall I think it is extremely overpriced for the service you get. Id say $30 would be reasonable. What I can say, is the facility is very clean, staff are super friendly but quality of service is not worth the price. It's a little too expensive for what you get. read more

I saw a big grand opening sign off Sepulveda and decided to check it out. I called for a 1 hour massage and the nice lady on the phone made an appointment for me. When I arrived there was a convenient large parking lot to the rear off Oak Ave and Marine Ave. The decor inside was very nice, it seemed more like a fancy hotel spa rather than just a normal massage place. The individual rooms have nice sliding doors rather than traditional doors. Everything was new and nice inside. Massage was very relaxing with ample amount of pressure. The 1hr experience was $100 but with a yelp check in I got $20 off which I ended up ripping that amount. Overall the experience was great and pricing was decent. You're paying for a more upscale service which I am totally okay with. Will definitely be back! read more

They also included some Thai massage elements. The price point was very affordable as compared with other high end spas and I felt the environment was comparable. The space was clean and modern. We were offered water or tea, and because of some construction work in their parking lot, they comped an aroma therapy add on (which was totally unnecessary. I found this place on Class Pass and highly recommend them. Kind and professional. In and out with no concerns. Went in for the one hour hot stone and deep tissue massage. I did not realize they added a bit of Thai massage to the session by incorporating some stretching. My person (I forgot to ask the name because I just wanted to get to the work) was wonderful at getting where I asked the work to be done. The place itself has a nice chill vibe to it, clean and modern. They have a shower which I forgot to ask to use. If possible I like to get all the oils off before I leave. I have been having problems for over a month with my sciatic in my hip. I saw Coco, and she did an amazing job. She totally concentrated on my hip, my leg and my foot and worked out all the knots and kinks and tight muscles and I literally walked out of there feeling 90% new again. I've never had someone so knowledgeable about what was causing all my pulled muscles in my leg. She explained all the muscle dynamics and how my foot was the beginning of my problems. I've had about 8 massages here now and they've all been great. They seem to do a good job hiring masseuses who really know what they're doing. I usually request Nicole who is outstanding.
