I've been meaning to write a review for quite a while now, so here it goes! I've visited each of their locations and have yet to have an unpleasant experience. Since discovering the El Segundo location, it's become my go-to spot whenever I'm in need of a massage. I've been coming here for 2 years or so, I always request a combo massage for 90 minutes. Sometimes I'll add enhancements like hot aroma oil or hot stones. They have a number of add ons to choose from, make sure you ask about them! The location is extremely professional and very tidy. You're greeted with a friendly smile and warm welcome from the receptionist--usually Tanya (I'm not sure if I'm spelling that correctly). From the moment you walk in, a sense of peace and calm starts to wash over you as you're led to your room. The instructions are simple: remove your clothing, keep your undergarments on, and relax while you enjoy your massage. I'm not even looking for other places anymore because the level of service they provide here is just THAT GOOD. I can confidently say I haven't found a better place for a massage. read more

Went for a massage today and Teena did pretty good however she didn't really understand directions when I asked her to use a bit more pressure on my neck and shoulders she immediately said " You want relaxation or deep massage?" I felt awkward but told her again to use bit more pressure during my relaxing massage. At the end of the appointment the front desk gave me a loyalty card with a stamp and asked me to pay which I did an it was $100. After I paid the receptionist looked at my receipt and said "Oh, you didn't add tip? Why?" Like excuse me I am already paying for the job done and asking for tip just to make the customer feel bad because they didn't add tip is just rude. It is my own personal decision whether to tip or not. I answered her that I do not have enough cash since I want to tip in cash I can go to the bank and get it and come back. She smiled and said "oh ok, give me the loyalty card back and take it when you bring the tip money" this is outrageous. Don't force people for such things. Didn't go back and neither will go here for massage. read more

Hadn't had a massage in quite some time, so I needed a little self care. My girlfriend had already come and told me she liked it, so decided to give it a try, and was very happy with the service. Very easy to make an appointment, as you can see all the times available and even which masseuse is available. They were ready for me as soon as I walked in. I booked the aromatherapy/oil for an hour and a half, and it was excellent. Teena (I believe that was her name) did a great job. I never knew having someone step on your back and twist you up like a pretzel can be so rejuvenating! My back and neck definitely cracked a few times, so this was sorely needed! The front desk staff are always welcoming. Street and lot parking is usually easy to find. I appreciate the ease of website scheduling. I always get a good massage. I really wanted to try a new massage place and this place seemed interesting. I ordered a combination massage (half relaxation, half Thai) for $100. Unfortunately, there were a few things that made it a less than great experience. First, the rooms are not completely sealed off, so you hear the folks next to you on either side (was that snoring I heard? Grunting?). Then, after I told the masseuse that I had a few sensitive areas, she dug right in and I had to let her know it hurt. Also, I got a cramp in my foot when she did a certain maneuver. To her credit, she worked out some knots and concentrated on smoothing out the sore spots. I know Thai can be a bit painful, but there were too many 'ow', uncomfortable moves for me (and I've had many deep tissue massages). read more

Siam Wala is my go-to for a great Thai massage. The therapists are highly skilled, applying just the right amount of pressure to relieve tension and work out knots. They always ask about problem areas and customize the massage accordingly. Some even incorporate walking on your back if you're up for it. Tanya, Benz, and Teena are all amazing--highly recommend. I've tried both the deep tissue ($85) and combination ($70) massages, and both are excellent. I recently booked a couples massage for the first time at this location and it was amazing. We were able to get a same day appointment online and they even called to offer an earlier time. Upon arrival, the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. Our therapists took the time to ask about our preferences and any areas that needed extra attention. The massage itself was absolute perfection -- the perfect balance of relaxation and deep tissue work. Every knot and bit of tension just melted away. We both left the massage feeling amazing. I've been in LA for about 4 years now and I'm no stranger to massages--I've been getting them since I was 16. Most of the ones I've had out here have been just okay, but this one really stood out. I booked a same-day 60-minute deep tissue with a random therapist and ended up with Benz. Easily the best massage I've had since moving here. I prefer really firm pressure, and Benz delivered. The session started with some standing work to warm things up, then moved into deep elbow and hand techniques that hit all the right spots--especially around my lats and lower back where I carry the most tension. I don't go for massages often, but after I've built up a lot of fatigue from the gym--especially toward the end of a hard training cycle--this kind of session is exactly what I need. Had an amazing deep tissue massage from Paula! With great prices, clean decor, and friendly staff, I was excited to finally try this place. I've been struggling with back and neck tightness and was desperate for some relief. I called on a Friday morning and there were plenty of openings. There was street parking close by. I booked my appointment online. I did not get the confirmation email. However, I did get a personal phone call confirming my appointment the morning of (next day appointment) they have three locations. I'm visiting the area so my lucky day as I picked the perfect location and therapist her name was Teena. I chose a 90 minute Thai massage Teena started amazingly strong. Love the warm bed/pad. I was in a lot of pain and I knew this was not gonna be easy, so just breathe through it if you like a Thai massage, and the therapist walking on you. I have been indulging in a Thai massage for the past 20 years and this is the best overall. I was greeted by Aya the manager,she asked where my issues were. We talked a little bit, and Tena knew exactly what to do. Definitely every muscle fascia and connective tissue was stretched to relieve the toxins and stiffness. Thank you ladies for the excellent customer service. I even received a belated Christmas gift a small elephant keychain from Taiwan today. Really good massages, friendly staff and easy to book a walk in. I have gone there at least 5 times and tried different therapists and they were all good. Only drawback which is common in small shops, is that once in awhile you can hear other customers entering and exiting as they speak to desk staff. read more

I needed a massage to work out tension that radiated from my shoulder to wrist. I decided to try this new salon after seeing that their sister facility has high marks on Yelp. I am so glad that I did. I got a Thai massage augmented with hot stones. My masseuse Tanya worked out tension using the high pressure I requested but was very mindful of my sore areas. The salon itself is new and clean. They also have Swedish, deep tissue, and hot stone massages. I feel so much better today and definitely plan to go back. read more

Awesome experience over all. You walk into you enter a peaceful environment and are greeted by the lovely desk host. They are kind and accommodating booking over the phone or online! Everything felt clean and you have a safe cubby to put your items into in your space behind the curtain before the service begins Wonderful deal for the pricing and services over all. Took their time and did not short me a minute of massage and stretches. They listened and checked in a few times to make sure everything felt right while keeping things relaxing. I felt comfortable through the whole massage. Their hot stone add on treatment is wonderfully soothing as well as the aromatherapy. The masseuse used a steamed/hot towel to wipe down some of the oil and lotions at the end so I did not leave feeling greasy, just refreshed. I recommend their Thai/Swedish massage to add on stretching along with your massage. At the end of the service they provide hot tea and a yummy cracker/cookie. read more

The service was friendly & welcoming. And Bobbie gave me an excellent combination massage. I will definitely return. I just didn't give this place the 5th star, because of the facility. The room only had a curtain instead of a door and only had partial walls, the walls didn't go up to the ceiling. So, it felt like there was a little less privacy. The first time I visited Siam Walla El Segundo, they allowed me to have cupping treatment only because I had a congestion at the time. They were a new business and they wanted me to experience cupping. I went back and they offer a combo massage with cupping. They no longer offer cupping only. I was ok with the combo massage because they still have reasonable prices and certified massage therapists. My massage experience was wonderful. I walked out pain free and feeling great. This business is clean and I like the aroma of the scent they use when I walk inside. This is a hidden diamond in El Segundo and I will be back regularly. read more
