Called the cops and wanted to trespass me and my friend for training on the field. We weren't in…read moreanyone's way or bothering anyone and we got threatened to be trespassed and kicked out. Thankfully the cop was super cool and talked the management out of trespassing and just had us leave but stated we'd be trespassed next time , very concerning considering that park says it's open on Apple maps and it's owned by the city, I should have every right to use the field within the operating hours if I'm not disturbing anything or anyone especially as a resident of the city.

Each class focuses on riding to the beat of the music; while building muscle and endurance. Each instructor has a radiating and infectious personality making it contagious throughout the class. Expect words of wisdom, motivational phrases and an overall good time. Don't have spin shoes? Not to worry as they offer pairs to borrow and return. You'll also need to sign a waiver before your first ride. Be sure to bring a water bottle. They have a filtered water station in case you run out. They even offer towels for those who sweat *me*. And even an ice cold towel for afterwards. This truly is a community and it feels like family. If you are looking to feed off of positive energy while burning some calories while dancing on a stationary bike, Central Cycle is it!

The workout classes, the gym, the kids zone, the pool, and the facilities are such a great value for what you pay. The YMCA is great for me to work throughout the day in between working out and also for my kids to have fun in the kids zone and summer camps! We visited Bayside Sports Academy to attend a birthday party for my friend's child. This is a HUGE…read moregym located inside of a warehouse. There is so much room to run around in and lots of apparatuses to try, whether you're there for free play or for formal gymnastics training. There is also a Ninja Warrior themed area, with obstacles from the show for you to try. Because we were there for a birthday party, you get two chaperones who stay with your group and show the kids how to use the equipment. They didn't set up any particular obstacle or activity for the group to do together, so parents just had to supervise their kids (or run around with them as well) around the gym. My husband and I got yelled at a few times because we managed to get into the areas we were NOT supposed to go (the Ninja Warrior equipment and the inflatable slide, which has designated times for use). We had our own area for eating and storing presents for the birthday girl. After we ate, the chaperones finished our birthday session at the inflatable slide. Not the smartest order after our kids stuffed themselves with pizza and cake, but the kids had fun nonetheless. This was a fun, HUGE, and clean facility to use for a birthday party. Seems like a reputable place to enroll your kids or yourself in for gymnastics and other tumbling sports.

We got there relatively early so parking was right on site and easy peasy! Others who came later may have had to park further away. Anyway, it's a nice (paved) place for a food truck event with DJ'd music and plenty of tasty food. We enjoyed burgers and donuts because, well, because we could!

Private local gym with great owner who goes above and beyond to help…read more I have been coming here for the last 4 weeks early in the morning for a strength training session with Marianna. She is outstanding- very knowledgeable. Keeps a record of my exercises each visit, did a body scan on day 1 so we can see my progress. She keeps you moving and great with stopping to have water, pause between exercises, stretching, and warm up & cool downs. I have already seen a difference in my body getting toned. I took a couple spin classes - Thursday morning and they were great! I signed up with a spin package of 10 at an affordable price. I like the lighting strips that outline the spin room, right amount of lighting and the spin instructor was great to guide me on the moves as they changed. I always leave here feeling like I had a GREAT workout. The gym is clean with variety of machines and classes. Look forward to checking out other classes. Highly recommend.
