Kalbi was tender, taste was alright. Maybe needed little more season or maybe marinate meat a little longer. Seaweed salad was excellent and fresh. Perfectly season and refreshing. The avocado salad was okay. I was hoping more than half an avocado. Wish they added cucumber or shredded imitation crab meat. The bullhead is like a lion king roll. Pretty good. On top of the great food, the people working there were awesome. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming, and you can tell they really care about their customers and the food they're serving. After the absolute AWFUL experiences at Dickies when they first opened and more recently a few months ago, I was in serious need of good BBQ. I saw a few posts from Make Bullhead Better and a few other locals as well as the pure fact that I can smell them from damn near a mile away was giving me more inclination to try this place. So me and the wife decided last night was the day we finally try it and my goodness what have we been missing.. We decided to do to go as we had a very busy day and we just wanted to relax. We walked into the place to an great song by Kendrick Lamar which happens to be one of my favorite songs by him and it immediately set the mood for me in a good way! Very comfort, welcoming and warm atmosphere. We were greeted by a lady up front, She was extremely helpful and informative as I was have the hardest time trying to decide what I wanted as EVERYTHING sounded amazing lol. For me I ordered the Brisket Dinner Plate which came with 2 sides and cornbread for only $24. I got the pasta Salad and Mac and Cheese. First thing I want to say is that this Mac and Cheese is absolutely insanely good. Probably some of the best that I have ever had. It is baked as well so you know its got to be good! Everything including the buns they used were extremely fresh. Rating is 50/10. I simply have never gone home from a place, Opened my box of food and have the smell of just the food stick to my cloths, hair and everything. YOU CAN SMELL THE SMOKE IN MY HOUSE.. Like what?! With as good as this place is, They will need a bigger spot in the future because I foresee this place going big out here.
