When I told her I had two pickup orders, she seemed annoyed and said, "They're both in there." As I tried to ask for sauce because none was included, she repeatedly closed the window before I could finish speaking. She only gave me two sauces for a family meal and a chicken sandwich. When I asked for more, she gave me two more but continued shutting the window before I could mention the rest of my order. When I got home, I realized my order was incorrect. I ordered extra fries but received coleslaw, ordered spicy chicken but got plain chicken, and my two cheesecakes were placed underneath the hot food. I understand mistakes happen, especially during busy times, but the way I was treated was unprofessional. Instead of being patient and helpful, she was rude and dismissive. I believe she would benefit from additional coaching or training in customer service.
