I was able to come in during their Grand Opening! Looks like a new owner of this restaurant. Interior is warm and welcoming vibes. Service was great from start to finish and they were helpful in explaining the menu to me throughly. Menu has mix of Japanese and Chinese dishes, as well as their signature dishes! I opted to order the popcorn chicken as well as the Spicy Szechuan Beef Noodle. Popcorn Chicken was so moist and packed with flavor! I cannot stop eating this because of how addicting it was! The Spicy Szechuan Beef Noodles was delicious. I can tell they this was simmered for a long time as the flavors were enriching. Noodles were cooked perfectly and the meat was tender! Price point was fair. I will be sure to come back to try one of their signature dishes one day!

We came here because we were driving around and saw it. It's a little hidden and cute inside. It was fairly empty when we went so the server was really attentive and friendly. We got the charsu buns and those were amazing. Regrettably the rest of the food just fell a little flat. It wasn't my favorite if I'm honest. The edamame needed salt and seasoning . The soup needed seasonings and felt like it was missing something. The server had a heart of gold and sweet but I don't think I'd necessarily come back

Found a new place in Vegas for delicious Chinese and Japanese food! I started off the super fresh as well as delicious Spicy wontons, Chashu Pork Bun, cucumber with sesame paste and curry samosa! Everything was reasonably price and good portions. Their homemade omelet rice was so flavorful! I can't forget about their Signature Spicy Black Garlic Tonkotsu which was so comforting and umami! Their drinks were also refreshing, I got the mango ice tea and honey lime tea. The shop was so cute with nice decor and the service was amazing!

One Noodle and More delivers a consistently satisfying dining experience. The menu is loaded with enticing options. Starting out with the honey lime tea--a refreshing, sweet-citrusy concoction that strikes a perfect balance between zingy and soothing. It's the kind of drink that makes you wonder why you ever settled for plain iced tea. The popcorn chicken? Perfection in every bite. Seasoned beautifully and fried with expert care, the outside is crispy without being greasy, tender, and packed with flavor. The shrimp stir-fried udon. The shrimp are cooked just right--tender, and never rubbery--while the udon noodles soak up a sauce that's amazing with every bite. This place is a must for anyone who loves delicious food at great value.

The grand reopening was just the day before so completely new but seems like the menu is similar to what it was before. Little shop with 8-10 tables. The menu is a mix of Chinese and Japanese dishes. Interesting but we decided on ramen dishes. Got the black garlic tonkotsu ramen and the chicken shoyu ramen. Both were ok. I think the black garlic packed a greater punch, as expected. The garlic came through and also not super spicy, it had some heat. The chicken shoyu ramen was more tame. It was a bit sweet but also savory overall. For ~$13/$14 each, I understand the portion size and it was just right but don't come here super hungry unless you want to order more than one dish. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. I think there could be some improvements overall but an ok meal if you just need to grab a bite.

Part of menu.hrand opening . New ownership so some items online may not be here.

Nice little hole in the wall place. My brother and I came here on a Wednesday afternoon. Very quiet and peaceful. Nice Japanese decor throughout, especially in the restroom. I feel like I was in a traditional Japanese establishment. Leo, our server was nice and hospitable. He was very patient with us and made sure to explain everything in detail. I got a basic beef soup which hit the spot. I added chili oil and soy sauce to my taste. 10/10

I recently visited one noodle and more and was blown away by the exceptional flavors and cozy atmosphere. The restaurant specializes in a wide variety of noodle dishes, and each one I tried was better than the last. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we were comfortable throughout our meal. The restaurant itself had a warm, inviting vibe that made for a relaxing dining experience. Sorry I forget to take more photos. I ordered noodle rice and udon, but I didn't take photos.

    Black Garlic Tonkotsu

Black Garlic Tonkotsu the soup is creamy and come with black chips but not very spicy. I will order again next time :) Szechuan Beef Noodles soup, the soup is house made you must have to try. I love popcorn chicken because I feel like it tastes like my hometown.

Such a hidden gem in Vegas! We tried One Noodles and More for the first time and were seriously impressed. The place has a cozy, family-friendly vibe, and the service was fast and super polite. We started with several appetizers (highly recommend the dumplings!) and then moved on to their noodle soups -- so rich in flavor! I had the Japanese garlic noodle soup and it was packed with taste and comfort. My kids loved their meals too -- especially the crispy chicken noodles and the fluffy Japanese omelet. But the real surprise? The traditional Japanese drink at the end. It was light, refreshing, and totally unique -- you absolutely have to try it if you visit! Great food, affordable prices, and a warm atmosphere. We'll definitely be coming back soon!
