Great Asian fusion place offering something for everyone. The curry samosas were a very nice surprise. Crispy and very soft and flavorful on the inside. Spicy wontons are a must order. Popcorn chicken has a great texture. My girl loved her spicy ramen and my shrimp udon dish was great. Noodles are thick and the shrimp is cooked perfectly. I also enjoyed all the teas especially the strawberry osmanthus which I've never had before. Service from Nicole was perfect. She's very nice and proud of all the dishes. Today we have visited a new noodle place. It is truly a hidden gem in the corner. They have a new owner and a new menu. The restaurant combines Asian cuisine (both Chinese and Japanese). It is a very cute place tucked in the corner. Interior is cozy and it has welcoming vibes. The decor is very beautifully done in a theme of Japanese and Chinese style. Service was great from start to finish and we have met the owner and his lovely wife, he was very nice , friendly and helpful in explaining the menu to us throughly. Menu has a mix of Japanese and Chinese dishes, as well as their signature dishes! We have ordered : the Popcorn Chicken - a MUST TRY, Curry Samosa - freshly baked and delicious! Popcorn Chicken was so moist and packed with a lot of flavor! We couldn't stop eating them , because of how addicting they are! We have also tried their signature dishes: Minced Beef Rice , Katsu Fried Chicken- the chicken was perfectly cooked. And their soups: Signature Spicy Black Garlic Tonkotsu and Spicy Szechuan Beef Noodles and everything was delicious. Noodles were cooked perfectly and the meat was so tender. The broth was incredibly flavorful. I am very picky about Asian food and this was very tasty and you can taste the freshness of it. The portions are very generous. Also we had their homemade mango ice tea and honey lime tea. It was very refreshing. We have loved it. We have had a great experience at this noodle shop and we highly recommend it to everyone who loves authentic Asian cuisine. We came here because we were driving around and saw it. It's a little hidden and cute inside. It was fairly empty when we went so the server was really attentive and friendly. We got the charsu buns and those were amazing. Regrettably the rest of the food just fell a little flat. It wasn't my favorite if I'm honest. The edamame needed salt and seasoning . The grand reopening was just the day before so completely new but seems like the menu is similar to what it was before. Little shop with 8-10 tables. The menu is a mix of Chinese and Japanese dishes. Interesting but we decided on ramen dishes. Got the black garlic tonkotsu ramen and the chicken shoyu ramen. Both were ok. I think the black garlic packed a greater punch, as expected. The garlic came through and also not super spicy, it had some heat. The chicken shoyu ramen was more tame. It was a bit sweet but also savory overall. For ~$13/$14 each, I understand the portion size and it was just right but don't come here super hungry unless you want to order more than one dish. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. I think there could be some improvements overall but an ok meal if you just need to grab a bite. read more

i loved the service and ambience of the restaurant but the food didn't live up to the hype unfortunately. i got the signature beef noodle and popcorn chicken and my gf got the tonkotsu black. the broth of the beef noodle just tasted like straight up soy sauce, it was overpowering i couldn't taste anything else. popcorn chicken was really good, reminds me of taiwanese boba shop popcorn chicken. i tried the tokotsu and the broth wasnt thick like tonkotsu ramen usually is. flavor wasn't there for this one either sadly. i really liked the place and enjoyed the service from both servers, i probably won't be returning any time soon except to try the minced beef. read more
