Went to sport clips on Saturday with my 7 year old son. Took first available. Chantel…read more This was a bad choice. I asked her to use a 3 on sides and fade into top and part on left. My son has a cowlick on the left so this is difficult to do and make his hair lay down correctly. So she starts cutting his hair and shaved the sides and back of his head with a 2 which is what she wanted to do when he sat down. She didn't really fade the cut into the top so he has a line around his head leaving a pie on top of his head. So then she parted the hair to the right. And took #2 clippers and trimmed the cow lick so it wouldn't stick up. When I said that's not what I asked for she said but his hair grows the other way. And it's too hard to go against the grain. No kidding. My sister in-law is a trained beautician and has taught my wife to cut our hair. And how to manage the cowlick. So why go to Sport Clips? My son is 7 and likes the MVP treatment and doesn't want his hair cut at home. I'm done with sport clips they have screwed his hair up now twice.
