They're the first faces we see in the morning, and their energy and consistency are what keep customers coming back. When management doesn't value or support them, it affects the entire atmosphere. Losing good ones without professional transparency or acknowledgment changes the atmosphere significantly. What feels especially frustrating is seeing the lack of any real response to customer concerns. It comes across as dismissive rather than addressing the issue professionally. I truly believe in supporting local business, but part of that is expecting fair and respectful treatment of the workers who keep the place running. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and prioritizes communication, respect, and accountability going forward.
