So now, on that new morning I had alerts from my chart saying time to go to apt at 10am when appoint was scheduled for 230pm and my travel time there is over an hour. They told me i had to pay 50.00 same day cancelation fee if i still wanted to be seen in their office.. I then asked for a manager given all the rescheduling and mistakes made on their end and they told me they cant waive anything so, after a week and a half to end up like this then come here to see the other similar reviews tells me i want to be seen somewhere else so i told my Primary Care about it and they are setting up a refferal for a different provider. I recently had to get another FNA shortly after seeing Dr Srinivasan. Needless to say, I was not looking forward to it. Dr. Srinivasan assured me she'd never had anyone swear at her from the pain, so I took that as a good sign. While it wasn't the most pleasant experience of my life (please call me if someone makes the process of getting needles stuck in one's neck a pleasant experience - not possible), it was no more painful than a shot! I was handed an ice pack and I think that really ensured that I'd have no pain the next day. I assured Dr Srinivasan that she'd performed the best biopsy I'd ever had and she'd get 5 stars for it - so here they are. In addition to her stellar biopsy skills (right in the office, no trip to the hospital), she's been an informative and attentive endocrinologist. I highly recommend her!

I've only seen this MD once but she seemed caring, professional, and methodical. She has good credentials and at this point, I have no reason but to believe I am getting the right kind of treatment. Use your best judgement and realize that these poor reviews may be unfair reviews. While I have sympathy for their suffering, I feel like the negativity is misdirected.

Wow. Sutter has destroyed the CPMC system. I had turned to CPMC originally because UCSF was impossible. Now Sutter is garbage. I really hope Dr Weinberg is worth the trouble of dealing with Sutter. So far, not but I will update. . I wish there were an endocrinologist that took patients who use the affordable care blue shield. I am stuck with sutter and UCSF because many doctors are so greedy they won't accept affordable care act insurance .
