First off, we came at a great time because we were able to try their entrees at a discounted price. We are spinach dip fans and Quotes not only has one of the best Spinach Dips I tasted in a long time, but the creativity of making cauiflower garlic bread is chef's kiss. You would not even think you were eating cauliflower. It minds me more of pita bread versus tradional thick garlic bread but the flavor is there and compliments nicely with the spinach dip. Both the appetizer and my entree not only made great evening and next day breakfast meals but tasted even better later and the next day. An all around great bar! Something is always going on everyday, karaoke, comedy, live music. The pool tables are free (except on weekends, but I'm told that is to keep people from hogging the tables) which is great because I play pool all the time! A fantastic selection of craft beers, new beer comes online almost every day. The staff is very knowledgeable, you can really tell they get excited to talk beer!
