After the second wear on day 7, the zipper fell apart...clearly a manufacturers defect. Per their store policy, you may exchange within 10 days due to manufacturer defects (see picture of sign prominently posted by the register). We came to the store on May 8, and we're told that it had already been too long and they weren't going to honor that policy. We asked to speak with a manager and were given multiple numbers that were not in service and could not get a hold of anybody. The person working at the store said she had no authority to honor the store policy, that no managers were working and she could not address until Monday, however, even then, they still would not honor the policy and were offering us a 25% discount on purchasing another faja. Their customer service line rings and rings, after 10 minutes of ringing I gave up because nobody was answering. This is not a way to operate a business where they do not honor their own policy, and cannot have anybody contacted at any of their locations that has authority to make any decisions regarding this. We spoke with Natalie at the Santa Ana location and Giselle at the Fontana location. We were provided the number for Nancy who does not answer and would've had the authority to address, and my understanding is they spoke with some manager who was off today, but she would not respond to us until Monday (which was after prom and wouldn't work). This is unacceptable and I will also be filing a report with the Better Business Bureau. I hope management sees this because then maybe somebody will finally get back in contact with me and resolve this issue. Be warned, do not purchase from here as they do not honor their policies and clearly the quality is subpar, which you can see from other reviews here as well. Also forgot to mention, when originally purchasing, they had a coupon on their website that you could use for your purchase. They also did not want to honor that. False advertising and bad business practices galore.
