We came here after my husband started hunting for a suit jacket at the last minute before flying out for the wedding. We had gotten the boys' their suits just the week before and we were scrambling a little because my husband was struggling to find something suitable for his size. That, and we still needed to find shoes for the boys and my husband. I'm incredibly grateful that we stopped here because this store ended up being a great place to go. My only regret is that we hadn't found this place sooner. Mohammed, the owner, was the one who helped us and definitely went above and beyond - he could already tell what size would fit my husband best: jacket, shirt, pants, shoes, etc. if he could do that so perfectly, he would've known the best fits for my boys too! Oh, the regret! We did arrive very close to closing time, and he stayed open just to finish helping us. He didn't try to oversell, he only made recommendations that we honestly wish we had gotten so much sooner - and he made it as affordable for us as he could because, dude, suit stuff can definitely cost a pretty penny. He made sure you didn't just take his recommendations at face value - he made sure you tried it on so that you had no regrets and you were happy with what you were getting. His efforts made the purchases more worth our while and we definitely had no regrets. We did leave with more than what we originally came for - a full suit, dress shirt, ties and shoes - but at the same time, some of these extras we were thinking of getting at different places, and we ended up getting it all in one place instead. And the full suit cost less than one of my sons' suits that we got at Nordstrom Rack? I'll have to ask what store we got them from, but I know that it was less, thank goodness! I came in here and purchased a tie for $27.99. Came back because it wasn't the right fit for the attire and asked if I could return it. Store policy is no refunds. The worker there offered to switch out a tie for me instead. I agreed and asked if I can get my 3 dollars back since the tie he offered to trade me for was of lesser value at $24.99. The worker said, "oh yeah, we can't give you your money back, it's store policy". Me: "right, but the tie you're offering me is $24.99 and the tie I purchased was $27.99. Can't I just get the 3 dollars to cover the difference?" Worker: "Yeah, but we can't give you your money back, it's store policy". Me: "cool. I'll just take the other tie then". I'm not one to usually complain over a mere 3 dollars, but holy cow that was the worst customer experience I've ever had. The guy offered to put me on the phone with his boss, which I get. It's not his policy, he's just there to follow rules, but I don't think this is a good way to run a business. You know it's bad when I leave a Yelp review because I almost never review anything.
