Very Bad Service He doesn't call back, doesn't reply to emails, and doesn't respond to text messages. The service is very poor; they treat the customer very badly. Was approved right away. Sent in all documents. They are quick to approve but slow to process. You would think after all their delays not my delay or the seller, but definitely JJ Best loan officers delays, they would at least use Fed EX priority over night, but no the cheap skates chose the slowest service to get the check and paperwork to me. Chris is condescending and downright rude. We brought a lot of business to JJ Best over the years and worked with other reps who were fantastic. Over time those reps left and moved on. But Chris? I just want to take a moment to share my experience with Taylor at JJ Best. I was shopping around for the right collector car for about a year now, and since my financial statues are always good, looking for that iconic collectible was a challenge until I found Switch Cars, and while browsing their collection, I found this E46 M3 in such an immaculate shape. Long story short, I have shopped around for a good bank that can finance a semi-classic collection of collectibles, which no regular bank can do. Until switch cars recommended them and applied for the loan. Taylor was the right person for the job, for he got me straight, and funds were available within 48 hours of sending in my requirements. Super complicated application process. They asked for 2 years of signed federal tax returns. I got a mortgage from a lender and they didn't ask for this depth of proof. My credit is excellent and I've been employed for 9 years.. This is all before they run the credit and you don't even know what the approximate rate will be. I get denied for a car loan under $10,000 with $3,500 down payment cause I don't meet there "requirements" while having a 750 plus credit score and just paying off a car loan much higher than this last year within a year after getting approved. Terrible Communication & Unprofessional Service!! I had an extremely frustrating experience with my boat loan application. I was strung along for two weeks with little to no communication, my timelines were completely ignored, and in the end, I wasn't even informed directly that my loan was denied--the broker relayed the news through a third party. As of now, I still haven't received any direct response. For over a week I received a canned response of: "The UW has approved it and we are just waiting for the head UW to stamp it." I was misled by this statement which left me feeling very frustrated. After being a loyal customer for over a decade with multiple car loans without issue, this particular experience has completely shattered my trust. I will not be doing business with them again and would not recommend them to anyone looking for transparent and professional service. Its amazing to read some of there reviews. With the terrible customer service you get now a day this place tops them all. We have a credit score of 780, no late payments on anything. We applied for a small car loan of $7500, and were denied. Apparently they are not doing loans! I was trying to purchase a rare older Porsche 911 and went to them for a loan with my credit score at 748 and income 3 times the amount needed to qualify. They first told me i am qualified at 6.9%, then left me sitting for more than a week with nothing. After I gave them all my personal documents, taxes, income, everything..I was then ignored by these people. I ended up using another regular Bank for this rare 17 year old Porsche at 5.9%. If I could rate lower than 1 star, I would. Dealing with J.J Best was a terrible experience. The lack of professionalism and respect while dealing with Taylor A., the loan officer was awful. It started with Taylor being the loan officer, however, then through the middle of our transaction when Taylor wasn't available, 5 other representatives went through the loan process with me. One person would email me requesting something, and then the following day, I'd be dealing with someone else. However, it seemed like they weren't communicating with eachother because I'd get the same questions from multiple representatives not knowing I'd already talked to the previous person about the question they'd just asked. And finally, the last call my husband and I had with Taylor was atrocious to say the least. Taylor didn't even allow us to ask a question before shouting at us and hanging up 3 separate times. (We have this recorded, along with Taylor's feeble voicemail attempt to apologize for his disrespectful demeanor.) We do not recommend them at all. To anyone.
