I paid cash for the work. I was never presented or given the opportunity to have an idea of how the crown would look like. I trusted this guy when the crown was ordered. I went to hail and back. The temporary crown was so poorly done( twiced) . I had to returned multiple times back to the office to fixed it, with almost a month under a liquid diet. When finally was time to get the crown, I immediately realized the teeth where very small compared to what I had, and even worse , from left to right there was no symmetry, when I try to say something about it, he insulted my in from of his staff. He has no manners and 0 ethics. Not to mention the sensibility that I now have permanent, a problem that I did not have before. I asked him to re do the crown, but he refused to redo it , and arrogantly said to me : good luck with any lawyer! The crown was man made, why on earth would you order something that has no symmetry??? He will wash his hands by saying: we had this conversation before???? no we didn't , this guy will lie to his teeth as long he comes out clean. She recommended the less expensive path, a root canal and crown. She was able to perform the procedure the same day, ending the pain. Surprisingly, the permanent crown was available in the shortest time I have ever experienced compared to other dental practices and my installation appointment was moved forward.
