It's hard to find what I call red rose sausages, and cooked with a little burnt, the way I like them. Well, they are here! Of course, I ordered the grits, and there were no lumps. Those are the best kind of grits. We ordered a breakfast sandwich. It's been a while since I had one. We shared that, and it brought back memories. We actually closed down the place. Tired of waiting I agreed. When I tasted the chitterlings and the oxtails it was obvious that they had been thawed a couple of time. They were so over seasoned and spicy hot that it was closer to a taste of hell!
