The staff is professional and friendly. This place is pretty darned good. I have a couple of spots I frequent in the area. However, one of my friends told me about this place since I was closer to this side of town. I tried them out and was impressed. This is the only wing place that I have visited in the past few months. I pass about 2 or 3 wing spots to get to this one. They have a variety of flavors and the food is always cooked to order. I'm so excited this place is here. My husband and I have kids and can't always dine in for decent food. We get stuck with drive thru sometimes when we want to go out to eat just for convenience. We tried this place and it was extremely delicious and fresh. Due to the other reviews we didn't bother calling our order in since apparently they won't get it ready till you get there and pay anyways. I can only guess that they have had some call ins not show up and they don't want to waste food. They should just take payment over the phone that way it is paid for?? Idk just a thought. BEWARE!!!.....EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!....the employees are not following proper protocol for the Covid 19 pandemic. I walked inside today and I noticed the cashier had her mask under her chin. She had me wait until she put another order in the register. While I was waiting...I noticed no one in the kitchen had on masks and gloves. I went into Wing Hut yesterday to grab something to eat while waiting to be served at Great Clips next door where I had a 30 minute wait. I ordered a burger thinking that would be quick. I paid my $6.41 and sat down. Customer after customer came in, ordered their food and left while I was sitting there waiting for my burger. Finally after 30 minutes I approached the counter and asked the low IQ cashier about my burger ans her comment was, "It will be out in a minute. They have to cook it." I've had their wings, chicken philly and fried fish on many occasions and their always great. The wings are fried just right and I alternate between honey Cajun and honey mustard. I usually get the fried rice as my side which is really tasty as well and not greasy at all. The only downfall to this place is that no matter if you call in your order or go inside to order, you will always have a wait even if there is no one there. They wait until you pay to finish cooking your food. Their method isn't ideal for the days I don't feel like waiting or when I don't have time to wait. But apparently I don't mind waiting too much because I'm a regular and they know my name and my usual order! read more

This place is a keeper. Clean restaurant. Quick service, and the young woman who took my order was so kind. Wing Hut serves GREAT food. Their wings are delicious and come in a nice variety. Their fried rice is also really good. There's this PEACH JUICE that they serve - ask for the peach juice. I don't know how much sugar or calories are in it, but trust me when I say, you want to treat yourself to it, at least once. They offer free refills! This place is located in the plaza with Kroger on Hudson Bridge next to a BBQ spot. Upon walking in you are greeted with a very friendly hello. The restaurant is very clean. Their menu is colorful and easy to read. I ordered the grilled blackened salmon with fried rice, shrimp po boy, and fried whiting. The grilled salmon does take 20 min. Everything is cooked to order. The food was visually appealing and tasted great. I would compare it to a much better American Deli.
