From the moment I stepped into Porcelanosa I could just feel like everything I needed to renovate…read moremy house was all there in one place. I immediately started falling in love with everything I saw from every turn. I felt like whoever designed this store was a genius because the feng shui in the store was awesome. I walked in and immediately I was immersed into an experience of what it would be like to have the look they had in my home. I'd been looking for over six months for the right combination of tiles and am doing a complete renovation. I knew what my style was it was a matter of finding the right pieces and pulling it all together. I would describe my look at modern and minimalistic, architectural with a Japanese modern look of 3D tiles to create dimension. In other stores I had gone to it felt like they were trying to be everything to everyone and cater to a bunch of different styles which is really confusing for the buyer. You get pulled in too many directions and can't make a decision on how to put anything together. That's why I hadn't made a purchase. With Porcelanosa I felt like the experience was very intentional about who they catered to and what their style was. It was clear what they wanted to be known for. As a customer that feels grounding to me to have one style all In one space with interesting textures and designs that you can't just find anywhere. It made it easy to put things together because it all goes together to create an artistic look that feels personalized. Everywhere I turned I saw all of the favorite styles I'd seen randomly online. I felt like I'd stepped into the room I'd designed. It gave me a feel for what it was really going to be like. The deeper I went into the store the more I saw that I liked. They had options that seemed impossible to find and they were at a great price. I found tile for my floor that looked like concrete that was porcelain which was great because it wouldn't be too heavy for my home and it looked like the real deal! They thought of everything. I continued to go into the store where all of the artistic tiles were for bathrooms and I loved all of them. So unique! For me though I needed to see something put together in an artistic way that was super modern but not trendy so that the look would last. The experience with the sales person/designer is just as important as the products themselves when I I buy anything of a significant value. Yessicq who helped me was super friendly and went out of her way to get me the samples I wanted and to create a good experience. She really took her time with me despite all of the things going on and was honest about the experience I would have from start to finish from how long it would take to get the tiles, to what tiles work better in one area versus another and how to prepare for that delivery. I am so excited that I've come full circle and can finally create the look I've been wantingisall in one place. I highly recommend this store!

Porcelonsa is going through a restructuring that has dramatically degraded its ability to deliver…read moreto customers outside of Houston. I'm on my 3rd sales rep. They no longer carry tile in Dallas. The tile ships from Houston (if it's "in stock") but only then if they have a full truck on Friday to justify the shipment. If not, you wait until next Friday and even then there is no guarantee. Depending on how much tile you order it's $150-$250 in shipping costs. They may tell you that for an extra $100 you can have a Southwestern Transportation deliver to the job site. I was told I would get my tile in 1 business day. The truth is it arrived in Dallas in one day but the earliest they could get it to the job site was 7 days after it arrived in Dallas. Tired of waiting I went to the Southwest Transportation's location on Goodnight Lane in Dallas only to find there was 25% less tile than I ordered. Do yourself a favor and find a company that warehouses tile in DFW.
