Do not trust this company! We ordered a 22 passenger party bus for my daughter's senior prom. I paid a deposit of $495 for a sleek looking bus with wrap around bench seating and black interior/exterior. Instead we got a white & blue 16 seat bus with cheap curtains over the windows and transit bus seats installed next to each other. We had a total of 18 kids so someone had to stand up the whole time while everyone else was squished together. Rather than offering us a discount after we complained, the owner expected us to pay full price (in cash). However, the driver was reasonable and we were able to compromise for a total of $1200 instead of $1500 for 7 hours. Do NOT trust this company or the manager/owner/hot head, Todd. 1: Initial conversation was good and he/they were willing to cut a good deal. 2: When I called back a month later to book, he/they had no recollection or notes on our initial conversation, the prices or the dates. 3. I was able to bring Todd up to speed and was still interested in booking...based on the prices. 4. He asked for my credit card information and pushed back when I requested a quote of the services we discussed. Is it too much to ask to see an outline of the negotiated services and prices that were discussed before I put money down? I don't think I'm asking for anything out of the ordinary...it was all very fishy, strange and unreliable. I continued to tell him why I'd like to review a quote/contract then asked again, why he wouldn't produce one for me. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Hired them to take my son and his friends to an event and then drive them around a little then home. Pretty easy right? The limo was a no call no show when I called them 30 minutes after the pickup time they lied and said the car broke down and they had to take it to a mechanic. Okay now its Friday at 6pm on a holiday weekend. What mechanic is open at 6pm on a Friday holiday weekend, none! My boyfriend rented a stretch Limo from JJ Limo and the limo arrived about 15 minutes late, we all piled in, and off we went.......not........the limo ''broke down'' and the driver was less then helpful. We called the owner he then told us he would send another limo, which would take a hour to get to where we were. But we had to be at our destination (which later turned out to be my surprise birthday party) in a hour so that wasn't even a option. The owner was being a COMPLETE ASSHOLE, he hung up the phone on us, after yelling at us that "its not his problem" and didn't offer any compensation for our losses. He was so rude and ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE. They are terrible, and driver was so unhelpful. The ironic thing of it all is that the driver drove away with the limo just fine, and there didn't seem to be any "breakdown" at all. Wtf. read more

If I could give no stars I would. I would and will not ever recommend this limo company to anyone!!! I initially read the reviews but they were older reviews, so I thought I would check in to the company anyway. Sometimes companies will improve when given bad reviews, well no such luck here. There were a few things wrong with this companies practices, safety and overall experience; 1. According to the website they have a 30 passenger bus at $200 an hour. We wanted the 38 passenger bus which ended up about $315 an hour which I was told included the drivers gratuity. The total ended up being $1675 ($335 an hour!!!) by the time the driver arrived. This was more than what was agreed upon with the owner, over the phone, for final payment but since we didn't have time to argue about it i had to pay the extra. According to the website if you rent the bus on Friday night for 4 hours, you get 1 hour free. But apparently they do not hold true to the advertised promo. 2. The driver was late, which caused EVERYTHING to run behind and people left waiting to be picked up at a second location. We were not able to complete several planned activities because he was late and couldn't figure out his GPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!° 3. The bus is definitely NOT a 38 passenger bus!! There is no way 38 people would fit on that bus unless you planned sitting on top of each other the whole time. We had 24 people and barely enough room to get around, no room for anything either like a cooler!! 4. The driver, while nice enough, had no clue how to get anywhere!! ANYWHERE!!! He kept having to stop and try to work his ancient GPS for everything!! Tick tock tick tock, time is money!!!!!!!! We had to get going!! Having to sit up by the driver, to tell him how to get to places because his GPS didn't work and was not updated, instead of enjoying my birthday party with my friends is ridiculous!! Seriously you better have a driver who is familiar with the area if he is driving people around!! We kept ending up on random, really small residential streets where he could barely make it through!!!! It was really scary at times!! 3. The driving was horrible!!!!!! There was about 4 or 5 of us that were so car sick from his driving, hard breaking constantly!! People could not really enjoy themselves because they kept falling in to each other when he would slam on his breaks! And if he wasn't slamming on his breaks, he would go so damn slow that we were getting honked at and people passing us!! 4. The stereo system is horrible!! This was also one of the things i asked the owner about before agreeing to rent the bus. He said the sound system was great and had recently been updated. There was no bass, speakers on one side didn't even work, TV screen didn't work. The bus was either full AC or no air, the door didn't open correctly on one side and u had to stick your hand up in some whole to open the door, it seemed patched together inside and was just a hot mess! It didn't seem to have any shocks and everyone in the back would bounce around when the driver would go over a bump. At one point we thought the windows were going to break or shatter because they shook so hard when going over bumpy roads. We had the bus for 5 hours from 8 till 1am, we were pretty much over the bouncy, jolty, crappy sound system ride about 2 hours in to it. There was really no high point to the night with this company or the bus. I have rented party busses before and this was by far the worst experience. I was going to go check the bus out in person before renting and i had told the owner of some of the bad experiences that i had with party busses before but he was very convincing and assured me it would be great! I thought the price was a little steep but he stated that it had been recently upgraded and updated. I do not recommend this company for bus rentals to anyone and I will be passing this on to anyone I know that even thinks about renting from them. read more

Had a good evening - it was part of a birthday night with a friend. We used the Mercedes limo with a driver named John. He arrived early (unfortunately we were running late), got us to the restaurant in plenty time, and took us on a fun tour of Seattle after dinner. The limo was clean and comfy. I rented the 10-passenger stretch Mercedes as a surprise for a bachelorette party. Our limo driver, John, was SO amazing. He showed up 15 minutes early and parked discreetly in the back of the parking lot... He had ice waiting for us in the limo and was very prompt to help me get everything rolling... All of us girls had such an awesome night. John was right there all night waiting for us and offering his service in every possibly way he could. I would absolutely recommend JJ limo to ALL of my friends and I will absolutely use them again. I'm having a really hard time believing this could be the same company people are complaining about or how anyone could give a bad review here, our service was IMPECCABLE. I have also referred them to family and friends and everyone I referred them to was happy too. My brother used them for his wedding in fact. Jeet Sidhu is the owner and comes across as very fair and a good business man. Midnight bowling for a sweet 16 did not end well. The limo would not start. The driver could not get an answer from dispatch. We were left to our own devices to get the teens home in below freezing weather at 3am. Then the JJ Limousine Services refused a refund. My credit union investigated and reversed the charges. I don't even know where to start. I guess I can give them 1 star ( giving 0 is not an option) just for showing up...but a half hour late. We had a bachelorette party of 15 people and we were using the party bus. The inside was alright, no waters, ice or anything like that. The seat was wet from water and the door had a bad leak which made the steps slick. BUT that was the least of our concerns after how the rest of the night went. I asked the driver to please take us to a local bar/ tavern he knew about for some drinks. We were picked up in Redmond and some how ended up at Peso's in Seattle.. not local. More like a 20-25 minute drive. We got there and he told me to text him when we were ready. so I texted the driver when we were about ready to go and asked if he could come get us.... 15 minutes later. No bus. So I called and about 5 minutes later he finally shows up. at this point we only had about 30 minutes left on the bus. We wasted so much time driving to this restaurant and waiting for him that our "3 hour" limo service was more like a 25 minute ride. SO, its dark and pouring down rain and I told the driver just to head back to the hotel and suddenly the bus stops. I look outside and realize we are on some one-way back ally in Queen Anne around a bunch of town homes or something. Not somewhere a party bus should be. I ask what is going on and the bus driver tells me that we are now in "overtime" and he will not go any further until we pay him for 1 hour of overtime at $210 an hour. It was 8:05 and I had the limo for another 25 minutes?! Long story short he turned off the bus, all the lights, opened the doors and told us to get off. it was POURING down rain and I had 3 pregnant girls on board and I was not getting dumped out in the pouring rain in this back ally!!!! I called the owner of the limo service and he said either pay the 210 or get off the bus. I said no, and he told me then I can call the cops. so we ended up calling the cops, they could not reason with him. We got kicked off the bus and had to call 4 ubers to drive us back to the hotel. they walked away with $630 in cash in their packet for 3 hours. in my opinion I would NEVER EVER EVER use them again. In my opinion they need to be SHUT DOWN for trying to basically scam, hold hostage, and dump off 15 girls on the side of the road!!! BEWARE!!!!! read more

I wish I could give this place 0 stars because it was completely terrible. First off, the bus was supposed to show up at 5:30, and it showed up at 6:00. Second, the driver got off the bus and proceeded to tell our group of 26, that our bus could only fit 20 people when we ordered a bus that said could fit 26. We also ordered one with a pole and there was no pole, the bus was dirty and it sounded like it very well could break down(thankfully it didn't). got this bus for my senior prom and they showed up with a completely bus than we paid for. ordered and paid for a bus that fit 26 people and we got one that got 20 so the driver forced either 5 people to get out or all of us to get out. the bus we paid for was $1645 and the bus we got was $1050 and we didn't get a single dollar back. the driver drove absolutely crazy to the paint where one of my friends literally flew out of her seat. I have been using JJ Limo for my executives at work for awhile now and they are awesome. I had to stop using another local service because of no shows more than once. Now with JJ, I never have to worry. The driver even texts me about pick ups for my bosses to assure me everything is good (as an executive assistant this is super helpful and reassuring). Incredible price, great service and the driver knew his way around and got us in and out of Seattle very quickly. We booked them for the Guns N Roses show on Friday night August 12th. This is a concert we all have been looking forward to for a long time - 20 years to be exact. Living in Snoqualmie Valley it can be tough to get car services to come out and not charge us an arm and a leg. First and foremost the driver was extremely professional and above all he was courteous. I am old school an you treat the ladies like princesses and this driver did just that! Secondly, he showed up early and showed the patience of Job. We left at 4:45pm and showed up around 5:30pm which is a feat I have no idea how he was able to do considering how thick the traffic was. He took us to the spot we wanted to be dropped off at and gave us his phone number to call when the concert was over. We provided him with a time but the concert went over by around 20 minutes. He waited patiently again picked us up and had us home in an hour. The Limo was clean and refreshed with clean glasses which in my experience isn't always the case. He opened the doors for us when we got home, made sure that everyone was OK. Very compassionate individual and one person I would hold onto if I were JJ's Limousine Service. Now for the best part folks, the price! We only had to pay for the time that we used, which was just over 3.5 hours or so and from the other quotes we got it was between 50% - 70% less. All of the competitors we called wanted to charge us for the time while we were at the concert which would have been 8 hours and between $900 and $1,400 depending on the type of car. JJ's does concert pickup and drop off (REMEMBER THAT) which the industry used to do all the time...but not anymore. Honestly who wants to pay for a limo service to just sit and wait? When we came out of the concert the road we decided to get picked up on was closed, so we called and let him know a backup plan and he was there within 15 minutes! This man was circling the stadium from 11:30pm to around 12:20am waiting for us. We had him pick us up on Dave Niehaus Way and we were off. It was as smooth a night and it really added to the entire experience. Again I waited a long time for this band to get back together and come to town on their tour! The concert was incredible and the next best thing was going with JJ's Limousine Service! Folks listen up, you want to go with this company period! The experience I had with them is unsurpassed by any service I have ever used in the past...especially when you consider how many things can go wrong with these types of services. I can't say enough good things about these guys. If you don't want to get gouged on price and end up with a less than desirable outcome. these guys are epic failures. we rented a limo from them for our wedding and i gave the guy specific instructions on what to do the day of the wedding. the guy at jj even wrote down the instructions for the driver. the driver picked up the guys and were supposed to drop us off at the church then go to willows lodge to pick up the girls. he picked up the guys and dropped us off, and never went to get the bridesmaids and the girls, the ceremony wound up starting 45 min late because of them, and we got charged an extra 50.00 by the church for going over time. its not a big deal as far as the cash goes, but i called and talked to Todd there, (who likes to talk and hear his own voice as far as i can tell, cause he won't shut up long enough for a person to get a word in edgewise), and this is what he told me "our drivers aren't the sharpest tools in the drawer and this is what we have to deal with". Really? nice going idiot, great business model too. Do not rent from these guys, they are a complete train wreck and have no idea what they are doing at the best of times. I'm a pretty forgiving guy, but I called them after this happened to see if I could recoup the 50.00, like I said, not a lot of cash, but its the principle of the thing. Mentioned it to Todd and he said he would talk to JJ, and I never heard back from them, which I kind of figured was going to happen.
