This is my new go to spot for my pedicure service and massage now. The business is new but they are very good at what they do. Owner Jay is very friendly and welcoming. He gives phenomenal massages and pedicures. So are the staff. They take time to do a great job, never rushed. One time, I forgot my phone on the massage table. When I return to pick up the following day, they even charged my phone full. They are so sweet and caring. Popped in to get my nails done after work and staff was very friendly and accommodating. I wanted to try SNS and they explained to me the procedure and did it on me in less than an hour. I love the color, how clean, and nice it was in there. The only thing I didn't like is how bulky looking my nails came out but I'm sure if I ask them next time to make them a little thinner, they will no problem. They have other services such as facials and body massages... looking forward to come back and get some done! Definitely worth it to check it out. Not a bad salon. They did a great job with the nails. The price is the same as the other salon I go to in my neighborhood but mine came with light back massage after each session. I came here with my mother-in-law to get mani and pedi. I had mine with callus removal. After they finished with Mommy's pedicure they let her stay on the comfortable massage chair and simply had her manicure there. I think they didn't want to move her around much. Pretty good! My husband introduced the place because he came here to get his manicure once because the two places he does business is on the same street. I don't mind coming back but only if I'm around the area. I checked out this place because the service at the nail salon I've been loyal to for the past couple years starting going down the tube. I was skeptical at first because the reviews for Willis Nails were on both ends of the spectrum. I'm glad I went in! I've had reg manicures and pedicures several times here and have always been happy with the service and friendliness. Anna or Michelle usually does my nails. It's always been quiet and relaxing whenever I go in. I haven't had the powder gel manicure yet, but it's next on my list ($40). They have ample parking around the corner and they run a reg mani/pedi special for $25. read more

I had such a great experience here. I had about an hour for a gel manicure and had gel on my nails already. I was in and out in 35 minutes, and they did a great job. Parking is easy too. It's small so I imagine you need an appointment during peak hours or else you'll probably be waiting. read more

Be careful with this place. They'll hustle you hard. Also it's the only pedicure I've gotten this summer where it chipped less than a week.

Today was the first and last time for this place. I took my wife here to get her nails done because we did not have an appointment and the other place she usually goes to did not have availability for the time needed. So, we figured lets try this place, how bad could it be?? Well, it was worse than expected. First off they didn't have acrylic nails, then tried to keep pushing for more expensive options the entire time. They did not follow the protocol for social distancing as every worker in the place was hovering over her, touched her hair band and asked way too many personal questions that made her very uncomfortable. That's not professional at all. To top it off it was extremely hard to understand them due to the lack of English knowledge. Now all of that might be tolerable if they did a good job on the nails, but that was not the case. Each nail on each finger was a different size, some fat some thin...for the price they charge, they should at least be able to get the sizes correct!! Not good. SNS did not even last a week and they were very rude about the tip. I only had $9 in cash on me. I told them I would give them more next time I came in. She took my credit card out of my bag and said you do now how much. I guess they knew I would not be back since the SNS manicure that is supposed to last 2 weeks lasted only 5 days. read more

Joy did my $8 regular manicure and did a fantastic job with cleaning my cuticles and really squaring my nails! She was very sweet, and we had a great conversation. She offered me a 10 minute massage for $10, I accepted, and it was very relaxing. At the end of my services, Joy introduced me to Young (the owner) as a new client, and Young personally welcomed me to the salon. They also offer waxing and facial services and have a variety of spa pedi packages and combos for discounted prices. I hate to give one star but if you're a perfectionist when it comes to ur nails don't come here they can't properly cut cuticles and the edges of my nails r painted very sloppy, I got a gel mani and she didn't top coat everything= matted nails. She also missed the edges of my finger nails, which makes them look incredibly sloppy. After I asked Young to do my cuticles she said "yah after" in the snappiest tone and she never proceeded to do them... she only did one hand and that was barely done. Honestly I could've done my nails better. If u don't pay attention to detail and only like ur nails done for the color then ok but otherwise I'm very disappointed that i read so many good reviews and am now stuck with badly done nails for the next 2 weeks. Young became the owner in 2016 and she is fabulous. Her specialty is facials which are as pampering as in a luxurious hotel at 1/2 the price. She keeps the place clean and the tools sanitized. She also keeps a sharp eye on her nail employees and they are all good (and friendly!) They give you a short shoulder massage for free and for $10 extend it to 10 minutes. The staff is Korean. There is a small Chinese nail salon a block away for a dollar less, but I don't think it is as clean. There is 2 hour parking on the street but BEWARE if you go over that or park too near any driveway as the homeowners on Harvard St WILL have your car towed! The corner of Willis and Harvard sees many fender benders due to the busy butcher across the street Last time I walked from Bagel Boss down the street. read more

I was stuck in traffic on the LIE coming back from school so I google a nail salon near me and decided to stop by for my first time and let me tell you these ladies made me feel so comfortable and the place looks so tidy not only that but prices were reasonable too. Definitely one of the better salons that I've been to. The service is great, and they are all very sweet, especially the owner Young. They just lowered their gel manicure price to $25, which is cheaper than the other salons that I've been to. The manicurist was very gentle, and my nails turned out great. They also gave me a back massage while my nails were drying. The owner, Young, was extremely nice and asked to make sure if I liked the way my nails turned out. Good people and good service, so I will definitely be coming back to this place for my manicures. I also can't wait to try their facials, because I heard they're amazing! read more

Horrible service and very disappointing!! I came here with a friend for a manicure and pedicure. We felt both our manicurists were extremely sloppy and worked very quickly. I mean you could see the polish on my skin. I've been to my fair share of nail salons in manhattan and I've had quality service provided at a cheaper price. After clearly being so disappointed with my service, I provided a 15% tip, but my manicurist and the one in charge demanded a 20% tip.
