Great people. Great place. Great manicures and pedicares. Been a customer for almost 13 years.

This is the best nail salon in Port Washington by far. Sarah the owner is the nicest person and takes care of you as soon as you walk in. Place is clean and very friendly. I have been coming here for 6 years now and will never go anyplace else and I have tried most of the nail salons here in Port and was never happy. All the nail girls do a great job!!! I'm so happy the spa pedicure is amazing and I get gel French and always comes out perfect! Go to Angel Tips they go above and beyond. read more

The last dozen times I've been to this nail salon with a specific appointment time WITH a particular manicurist, I have been taken right on time, so maybe that's the trick! $7 manicure, $25 gel manicure, $10/10 minute massage and the most helpful, caring owner around. This is a poor establishment with no sense of customer service. If you're going to spend your money on nails, go elsewhere. Give it to a business that values their customers. I had an acrylic set put on, 2 days later (no exaggeration), they were all lifting. I went back upset, but since the manager was not there they could only put glue on. I came back 2 days later, when they were all lifting again (2 had fell off completely), and the manager apologized and told me she would give me a credit for a free fill in whenever. I was going on vacation the following week and did not want to chance the same thing happening, so I went to another salon. Had to pay that salon for a entire new full set, since these brand new nails had all pretty much fallen off (5 days later at this point). I did not take photos since she offered me a credit I thought that was the right thing to do. Well long story short, about 3 weeks from getting my original set from them, I call to make an appointment and let the manager know it was me, and that I received a credit. She said she 100% remembered me and the situation, but absolutely not, that too much time has passed and she will not honor her credit she gave me. So she completely went back on her word. I told her then I have no reason to be a customer there, why would I spend my money there again after throwing it in the garbage the first time? She said, "Ok bye". Very stupid way to act when there is a number of nail salons in the area. Myself, family and friends will never return to this salon. read more

Excellent!! I saw a picture on Pinterest of nails that I loved. I took it in today and was waited on almost immediately. The owner and people who work there are super nice. Jeff did my nails. He is awesome! He took his time and paid attention to detail. I got acrylics. The nails are even and not awkwardly thick. They look great! In the past when I got acrylics at other salons, my fingers were sore afterward. My hands feel normal this time. I have found my new nail salon and technician! read more

I hate writing negative reviews but I've been here several times. Every time I come in I'm greeted in an unfriendly way. When I went to the salon the other day it was empty and it wasn't a time they were about to close. The person who did my nails was very aggressive and grabbed my hand each time. She kept sitting on her phone while I was soaking. She started polishing my nails and I realized she didn't even push back any cuticles so I questioned it. She seemed surprised like oh you want cuticles? I felt on edge the whole time there. I looked around and nobody had any clients so I didn't understand the rush or the rude treatment. I hate feeling like I did something wrong when I'm paying for a service. read more

The worse nail salon in Port Washington . Lazy & unprofessional . I sat in a chair that didn't have the auto massage & I wanted to switch chairs , the looked at me like I had 10 heads. I let it go, whatever .. THEN I asked the woman giving me a pedicure , if she can clean under my toes & she rolled her eyes & started to handle my feet in an aggressive manner. Finally we're done painting & now I'm drying .. she runs back over 5 seconds later & says "you pay now" I told her "No, when I'm done drying" & gives me this look, I honestly laughed & continued to sip on my coffee in her face. Love love love this place! Excellent service and they will always try to squeeze you in even if they're about to close. They do not rush anything and make sure you come out with quality nails. Awesome salon!! The employees are so friendly and happy. I've found some salons to have a stuck up feel to them, but this is the complete opposite. They're always so sweet. They have a huge wall of colors, mostly all Essie which is great. And prices are unreal! $7 for a manicure! They also have specials for students and inexpensive packages for mani pedis. Best nail salon. My coworker recommended Angel Tips and now I drive half an hour out of the way on weekends to come here only to get my nails done. I get so many compliments on my nails, and in almost three months only one acrylic has ever broken! Everyone here is amazing. I walked in on a Saturday morning and people were In there but not enough for them to tell me they couldn't see me right then and there. That is exactly what happened though. This is also after the fact that when I asked for gel tips the lady asks to see my nails, why I have no idea. It should not matter my nail length or size of my finger, I just wanted gel tips. She then keeps telling me what I should get and I keep repeating what I want, gel tips. She then flat out says I should not get them, but now all of the sudden she cannot take me now anyway. I told her that is fine, I will go somewhere else and to have a wonderful day.( no need in getting angry over spilled milk) I ended up at the place across the street which is called Q Ba Nails. They took me no problem, asked what I wanted, started doing what I wanted, no questions asked and did an amazing job. I would have loved to have gotten my nails done here because my mom loves this place but I guess it just was not in the stars for this place and I Saturday. Oh well. read more

I visited here 2 weeks ago since my friend recommended, and had a color gel manicure that did not make chips, nicks or smudges so far. I am very happy because it was very clean and people were friendly. Everything was sanitary and new owner, Sara was so helpful in picking out the perfect color for me. I have tried many other nail salons in this neighbor but I did not like them because their attitudes were no good. Now I am very satisfied with people here, and I really really like to recommend Angel Tips to any body still has not try them yet. Also an appointment that I wanted to make was keeping well so that my following day schedules were no problem at all. Of course, busy day I can wait 5 to 10 minutes reading magazines. read more
