We were so impressed with Devin's design skills (including clear scaled digitized plans) and experience that we hired him on the spot. Plus Flawless's pricing was lower than other quotes we got. Icing on the cake. Then the pandemic hit so the job was delayed (NY orders), but Flawless came through after re-opening and did a superb job for us. Jason planed a complete patio, stairs, outdoor kitchen, waterfall. everything thought out plumbing, electric, underground conduit for future electric, sprinkler lines, etc. For almost three weeks his men showed up at 7:00 am and worked till dark 6 days a week till the project was complete. When I had a concern about something or though it might look better a different way they quickly addressed it, even it meant extra work for them.
