For example, he brought me to the flooring store where he assisted me with picking the flooring with the best quality that would work for my home. Everyday, Paul showed up to the house and checked on progress and addressed anything that needed attention. Paul said everything would be done in 4 weeks. After seeing how well the renovations were going, I kept adding additional things to be done including a large beautiful built in for my den which has become the favorite room in the house. Four months later and their "plumber" has every excuse in the book for not showing up. Canceled several appointments with very laughable excuses. Showed up 2 times with a wrench and screwdriver only, no tubing or connectors to finish the job. I was warned and did not listen. Be very careful, Paul is very good when the project is being done and the money is flowing. After support warranty, no such thing from them. First Impressions finally resolved the outstanding problem to everyone's satisfaction. The project is now complete and well done. Now I can recommend their services.

Malik is the owner and he is onsite every day and is always reachable for questions. He and his workers are all gentlemen. They are very kind, polite, capable and extremely hard-working guys and treated us like we were family and treated our house as if it was their own. They cleaned up very carefully every night before leaving. Malik stayed in touch throughout with status updates. My job was an extensive one involving tuckpointing, waterproofing, lintel replacement and roof and gutter work for a 2-Family building after it sprung some severe leaks this winter. When the water started pouring in, Malik came over immediately and even sent his team over free of charge to de-ice the entire building and roof. On top of it all, he gave me a 10 year warranty, so I felt completely comfortable in booking them for the work on the spot. These guys are so professional and just top class. Their prices are fair. Not only did they clean the gutter - they also did minor installation (gutter guards) and tightened up some of the gutter tubing along the building. They did this with a jolly smile and safe, cautious attitude! Will be using them again for a larger project (brick pointing) in the Spring!
