However, what I was absolutely unimpressed with was the customer service. The staff was rude, and more than once I was pushed aside both figuratively and literally with out so much as an excuse me or pardon me. Word of advice come looking fancy, and with your wallet out because even if the place is empty they will not give you the time of day or worse.

Every single one of the 20 times I've been here the attendants are totally unaware of the products they carry (one didn't know what a centerpiece is) and the lines are longer than Disneyland with only one of the six check-out stations open, natch. This last time was the straw that broke the camel's back. The air conditioner had broken. I fault them not at all for this, but for the way they handled it. I stepped out of line to ask the manager Craig if he would open more check-out lines. He, in this order, rolled his eyes, turned his back and snarled, "uh, what does it look like I'm doing right now??" I'm sorry but if you're the manager, you're doing exactly the OPPOSITE of what a manager SHOULD be doing: keeping the customer happy. Save yourself the lines and the hassle and go to JJ's Party House or Confetti instead.
