This past weekend, the main unit was beeping. Long story short, a surveillance company (House being sold 3 doors down) cut the wire. HFC came right out and fixed the wire for us. Mike 2, was very thorough in his communication with me of how he'd locate the broken wire and what he'd do to fix it. He did a great job covering up the hole after he dug it up.
