Awful. What a disappointment. I wish I could give zero stars, this place totally screwed me over... The manager was very dismissive of me and treated me like garbage. He acted like he didn't recognize me even though I had a 20 minute conversation with him about my window the day before. They installed a faulty window or faultily installed a good window (all I know is it cracked), and told me I was all set. The Henderson employee (not manager) that came out to tell me that my car was ready even said to me "great news! We fixed your window so you can use it again!" It cracked literally 30 minutes after I left the place. When I came back the next day I was treated like trash, which was really unsettling and embarrassing because I came in there with a big smile on my face and being super nice to them (thinking that they cared about customer service, and had to remember me from the day before). Then the manager told me that I was lying to him. Yes I was literally told by the manager that what I was saying to him was a lie. I had told him what the other Henderson employee had said about the window being fixed, he said that didn't happen even though he wasn't there. I have never been treated this bad by any establishment or company, even places I didn't spend money at, let alone $220. All I wanted was for the window to be replaced, it's not like I was trying to scam these people. The manager at this place wasn't nice to me, the way he talked to me was completely laced with contempt. Even the woman behind the counter could have backed me up because she saw and heard every interaction that I had with any Henderson employee, but she just pretended like I wasn't even there (she wouldn't even look at me). She definitely acknowledged me when I handed her my debit card the day before. I felt totally and completely unwelcome at this place, again they had already gotten my money the day before. The manager never even considered helping me out, he was just trying to get rid of me as I protested about this service to him. I was unemployed at the time and the last thing I needed was to flush $220 down the toilet. I never felt that these people cared about helping me with this problem once they got my money. The problem that they could have prevented. The manager told me to go to a Cadillac dealership and get an entire work up done on my cars doors(I think) to prove to him that I didn't break the window myself I guess? I don't even know. I don't think you should come here. **This is a huge bummer seeing that most reviewers give this place a five-star review... It kind of makes me think, why didn't they like me lol? They seem to like everyone else apparently. I'm sure that when everything goes smoothly these people are great, but when the stuff hit the fan they just didn't care at all. The time when customer service was really needed for the customer (me of course). It literally makes me feel ill thinking about my passenger side window, which to this day is taped up to keep with a crack, a crack that I got 30 minutes after leaving this place with a brand new window. Just to clarify nothing hit my window to crack it, it must have something to do with the way the window pane was sitting in it's cradle or something like that. I don't know because I don't work in the auto glass industry or the auto industry. It literally broke by just rolling it down. We had a hard time getting quotes for a custom shower glass installation. We couldn't use a stock kit because the space is weird and it has a sloped floor (old house) and a sloped ceiling, nothing is square or flush, etc., so I was glad when these guys came up with a solution for us. The finished product looks good and everything works, although they put the wrong hardware on the door. The glass, custom though it may be, doesn't exactly fit the space as well as it could. The big problems involved the customer service end. We were originally quoted a ballpark price that was about half of what we ended up getting as a formal quote. I can deal with 10, 20, 30, 40% higher, but 80% higher seems a little bit wild. Then, they sent us two price quotes, identical in scope except different prices, and insisted that the lower-priced one was wrong, so we had to go with the higher-priced one. The last problem was with scheduling. They originally told us they'd be able to schedule a week to ten days out, and it ended up being more like three weeks. Two weeks in, they said it'd probably be another two weeks, but they managed to somehow squeeze us in and get it installed. It was a chore to get them to deal with us over e-mail to save time on things like the quotes, which is like... it's not 1999. I would not by any means recommend these folks, but as far as the actual workmanship, I can't complain too much. read more

It took a mere second for my windshield to crack while driving home in an awful storm. I called various places for repairs and was given estimates double that of Henderson, in both price and time frame for service. I finally called and made an appointment with Henderson, dropped my car off, took a quick walk while it was being serviced, and the glass was fixed. Just like that. They were able to do it for half of what other local competitors quoted and the glass looked perfect. read more

Needed new windshield due too many small scratches, chip, and scape from a large stone hitting it on the freeway. Not only a great price, coupon on website, great job and has to be the friendliest lady I have seen in a retail setting. Now that I had to return to get a leak fixed, windshield wasn't seated properly. I went to change my cabin air filter in the cowling. To fix they spread caulk/sealant along bottom and side of windshield. Not a great job. I still hear something being rattled under my dash and a friend says they felt air by the A pillar and window. With that all being said, I took the car back and they made it right. They replaced the windshield at no cost. I can't say I have experienced this level of customer service in quite some time. read more

They're efficient and work near-miracles. Last year I had a chip that was accompanied by a crack nearly the diameter of a quarter. It was directly in my line of sight. All that is left is a small dot with the smallest of non-distracting lines. Amazingly, the repair has lasted through a long, harsh winter so far. I'm back again for repair #2 (thanks to I-96 potholes) and have confidence they'll nail the repair x2. read more

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Customer service was exceptional from start to finish, every person on the phone down to the gentleman that changed my windshield were awesome. I utilized their mobile service, they came to me! Only took about 45 minutes and was done perfectly. They even wiped down the other windows that weren't serviced and put up with my less than happy demeanor as I was having a horrible day.
